El Loro by target- worst service. I don’t normally write reviews that are negative but we went here after my brother’s graduation ceremony to kill some time before the parade. We all ordered drinks- bedsides water. We were going to order a plate of nachos to share as we didn’t have too much time to sit and eat a whole meal. I can get better food from Rosa Rita beans from a can then i I can get from El Loro’s.
Taco Bell is across the street that has better Mexican then El Loro’s.
