Walked in with son and waited for over 10 minutes.. all the workers were in back ignoring us. There was at least 5 or 6 working. One of them came up talked to her boyfriend and then totally ignored us and went back to the kitchen area where the other workers were. Finally she asked other worker if they were going to go up there and take our orders and the other working flat out said no I don’t feel like it or something to that extent.. and then went back to the fryers. chicken was not done spent $70 and half the chicken was bloody.
pay extra to get Mac&cheese with the 10 fest. not there when we get home.☹️ I understand it's drive thru and they were quite busy but how difficult is it to read a computer screen? disappointed to say the least

KFC offers nice and salty fries and a very good original chicken sandwich. The food comes out fast, the workers are kind, and the floors are clean. Some customers feel they could improve the amount of pickles on the sandwich. Despite occasional stock issues, the staff is accommodating and even doubles up on substitute pieces. The place is cleaner and the staff seem better trained. They offer vegetarian options and have ample parking. Positioned conveniently between exits 100 and 103, KFC provides good food and service.
