Went here for breakfast and the food was like regular continental breakfast, but the bill came out to $50. Food tasted either too overcooked or fresh out the freezer. I’ve had better free breakfasts at the motel 6. The coffee was watered down. Very disappointed that the food didn’t reflect the price. Very bad experience. Ordered filet 'medium rare but on the rarer side' - received a dried out medium filet. Pretty difficult to ruin a filet- but it was done here.Our waitress Ashley F. our server, was amazing. She had to deal with 13 people with issues with their food caused by the kitchen) - nevertheless Ashley felt responsible. She went above and beyond to make things right.

We came in for breakfast on a Saturday. Our server quickly told us it was buffet only. She brought over coffee-it was ice cold. The food from the buffet was also all cold. Our server, Georgetta, (Sp?) was very pushy to get us in and out. She brought the bill within 7 minutes of us being seated and then said I’ll return with change and never did. It’s a nice resort with beautiful views, would not recommend coming here for a weekend breakfast.

Stayed at the resort and decided to try the pizza last night. 6/10 too much sauce. Proceeded to the brunch Sunday morning. Eggs were runny, prime rib was tough and dry, the hash brown casserole was the best thing there was. Coffee is decent. Probably won’t be back. For the price I’d expect that prime rib to be cooked correctly…..

We had a poor experience. It is not fair for new staff to be put in a situation where they are not fully trained and then have to deal with an unhelpful manager (which is what we experienced). Managers need to be respectful and understanding of customers' needs. We had been at the restaurant for 3 hours when we got the manager involved to help her staff. She was extremely rude to us when we were very polite and patient with the staff. Very unprofessional

WORST service I’ve ever experienced. The waiters/waitress did not know the menu when asked simple questions & no one mentioned being new on the job or anything. The restaurant was NOT busy (2-3 other tables) but our orders were messed up (we all ordered the same meal except 1 person, 3 people had lemonades, the others just water) & it took 2 hours to get our bill after our meal was finished. 3 separate servers came to figure what we had ordered after we had already eaten to try to get the bills correct (which ultimately they were still incorrect). We would see a server maybe once every 30-40 min. (We even asked politely if they needed up to write them down or if there was someway we could help, to which we were told “just give us 5 min”, after already waiting 45 min and the servers were on their cell phones at this time) We asked for a manager & after explaining that the service was unacceptable, she got very upset & told us to “just get out & leave” (we were very polite about it until she got upset with us). Will never go back here! Save your money!

We visited the new 2100 Chophouse this last weekend. I've enjoyed this restaurant location many times in the past under a different name. Thankfully they kept the Pasta Bar on Friday nights going. It's a great eating experience that I don't get a chance to enjoy around where I live. If I'm in Alexandria on a Friday evening, I usually go to the pasta bar. We also had dinner there Saturday evening to try the new menu. Food was good at a fair price. Service was slower, but they ended up getting decently busy with multiple large groups and we weren't in a rush.

The hostess was very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the food offered on the breakfast buffet was not edible. The buffet was the only option on Saturday morning. The slice of chocolate/vanilla pound cake was okay. The sliced fruit tasted like it had been previously frozen. The 5 hot food items were literally not edible—the fried, diced potatoes were like little rocks; the scrambled eggs were made from a powdered mixture; the bacon was swimming in grease; the pan of pre-made waffles were like sponges. I didn’t taste the sausage patties There was no toaster or bread, no cereal or milk; no hot oatmeal, no bagels. The coffee looked and tasted like brown water. Honestly, I can’t believe we paid $12 person. None of us were able to eat anything except for the slice of pound cake. We paid our $40 bill and then drove 5 miles to the caribou coffee located in Alexandria. I understand the pandemic has been extremely difficult on our travel industry, however there is no excuse for the horrible food on this buffet, and then charging $12 per person for it.

Went there for breakfast they only had a buffet I have to say it was the worst breakfast buffet ever. Nothing tasted good and very little selection and no bread/ toast I really hope dinner meal is better

Dinner -Slow service. Over a 40 min wait for our food with a slow restaurant or many tables open! We had to go and left without getting our food. Such a bummer.Breakfast- they did a good job with. Lots of food. Don't really cater to gluten or dairy free folks.
