Our family has always been a big fan of Casey's pizza. We moved from a town that had the best Casey's pizza around and expected a similar experience. While the pizza, in taste, is just as good at this Casey's, 80% of the time they get the order wrong. Last time I ordered a large half pepperoni, half cheese and a small pineapple. I got a large ALL pepperoni and a medium pepperoni and pineapple. Huh?! I've never called to complain before even though this has happened many times...read full review
Went to Casey's hoping to get some hot food. Every time I come to this location they have absolutely no hot food up. The kitchen workers are just standing around talking. The ovens are not running. I'm headed to Kwik Trip. I see the owner is responding to everybody with "corporate excuse speech." Don't reply, just put some food out for customers to buy.

I used to love coming to this casey’s a couple years ago, it was always clean and employees were nice. Every time I come in for breakfast they are completely understaffed and have usually 1 and rarely 2 employees working. I don’t blame the poor employee they have working but I do blame management because this place used to be wonderful and now it’s a trashed gas station with long lines and takes forever for food. Do better for us routine customers and your employees.
