DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE!!!!! The food is disgusting, old and fatty, and NOT up to standard. I have never thrown my food away, but I did today. The barbacoa was extremely chunky and 90% fat, while the chicken was hard, looked cold and sitting out for who knows how long. The restaurant is disgusting and dirty, and the employees are inattentive and slow.
The manager is rude, unfriendly and unprofessional, she does NOT care about the standards of this location. This location is a disgrace and definitely reflects on the horrible manager. Again, don’t waste your money, DO NOT GO HERE.

I have ordered from the Andover Chipotle multiple times and have never had an issue! Always accurate and great proportions, also appreciate being open an hour later as I work second shift.

My 2 star review is generous. I was so excited to have this chipotle open near us. To start, the chicken is burnt almost every time we go there. Our order has been wrong multiple times. I order extra cheese every time and it comes with less than a normal order of cheese. The portions are very small, my bowl looked half filled when I opened it. When picking up our order from the drive thru lane I could see the labels printing out to put on the burritos. So they print them out and never put them on the wrappers so we have to unroll all burritos to figure out who's are who's, this is what happens every time except for the first week they opened. So frustrated! Why can't this store be ran properly?? In the picture the left burrito supposed to have extra cheese, the middle extra rice and the right normal portions. Embarrassing!

Horrible. Very slow service, workers seem to be in any rush to help. Almost out of chicken, rice, no taco shells for kids meals. One worker looked like she was going to cry. Always dirty when we go in. I was hoping this would be our new weekly spot but its just terrible.

It’s frustrating how the employees at this location never know how much portion size, they put way too much rice but then always skimp on things like meat compared every other chipotle I’ve been to. They are also typically out of many of the ingredients, especially the meats and the peppers.

Has to be the worst Chipotle I've ever been to my entire life. And it consistently sucks. Been there three times and haven't left there with food in my hands. Disappointing because it's the nearest one to my home. Quality control Chipotle, seriously.

don’t eat here, have gotten food poisoning multiple times. management needs some serious help or flat out should be fired. i dont work here but just from observation probably wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

Will always be 10 minutes late and about 1/2 the size of any other Chipotle. A burrito at tacobell off the value menu is bigger and more filling
