It’s frustrating how the employees at this location never know how much portion size, they put way too much rice but then always skimp on things like meat compared every other chipotle I’ve been to. They are also typically out of many of the ingredients, especially the meats and the peppers.

Has to be the worst Chipotle I've ever been to my entire life. And it consistently sucks. Been there three times and haven't left there with food in my hands. Disappointing because it's the nearest one to my home. Quality control Chipotle, seriously.

Will always be 10 minutes late and about 1/2 the size of any other Chipotle. A burrito at tacobell off the value menu is bigger and more filling

Wow, what a top-tier experience at Chipotle today! If you’ve ever wanted to pay full price for half a burrito bowl and a full serving of attitude, this is your spot. The staff acted like doing their job was a personal favor to me, and the manager? A true masterclass in how not to handle customer issues. I pointed out that my bowl was half empty — or maybe half full, if you’re feeling overly optimistic — and the “leadership” response was basically a shrug and a “too bad.”

Truly inspiring customer service. Thanks for reminding me what disappointment tastes like, Chipotle.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. The Manager Trish has absolutely no business being in that position, she was by far the most rude. Waited in drive through lane for over 10 minutes with Employees looking at us but refusing to come to the window. Food was terrible. Had to drive back to the store to have food remade. Bowls were half filled and missing ingredients. No apologies from Employees or Trish the Manager..infact she told us to not come back. Corporate definitely needs to make a visit to this store.

Need new management ASAP! Place is terrible all around and the manager was talking down to the employees in front of customers and continued to stand at the register as the rest of the employees are actually working, no management skills at all!

I’ve tried this location several times and it hasn’t gotten better. Incorrect online orders. Crunchy rice. Weak portions. Inside is a total mess. I’m out until it gets better.

Don’t trust Trish’s review.
Trish Gunville is the General Manager and come to find out she recently posted a review with 5 stars. I wonder why. Management is so bad. I come to check the reviews every once in a while because I find it funny to see that management hasn’t changed a thing. Only a few weeks in they let the best of the workers go, the ones who got there on time, did their jobs well and efficiently. But don’t worry they kept the employees who sucked up to all the managers. It is such an unprofessional environment there, the way people got let go was from being removed from the work group chat. Trish wasn’t even planning on telling them until 2 days after. They said they didn’t have enough hours for everyone but continued to give one person over double the hours of anyone else. Just management that was absolutely horrible. They make any management look good compared to them.

I ordered online an everything is cold. The worst part is finding plastic in my food. The people there on night shift suck. An in the drive thru not friendly workers. Need to fire everyone an start fresh. When this store first open was great. Now worst place ever wont be back to this store ever again.
