It's a donut and coffee shop. How do you not have any donuts and only limited coffee. I understand supply shortages but when this is the majority of your business, you need to figure this out. A good business owner would figure out a way to make it happen. Pretty poor excuse for leadership.

My daughter grabbed a breakfast sandwich from the Dunkin store on Hanson blvd in Andover. The sandwich had mold in it. I love the donuts at this place, but it looks like there are serious issues with some items served here. We contacted the management, and they responded, saying bread was moved and was close to heat source etc etc. We appreciated the quick response via email after discussing the matter with the store staff. This should not have happened. Serious sickness or other consequences were luckily averted as we saw the mold and returned to the store. This should not be acceptable by anyone. I hope this is a one-time issue.

Aw man, I was really excited about getting this today. The bacon cheese and egg sandwhich with crispy hashbrowns that was advertised on my TV last night would've really been great. But alas, this facility failed me. First, we put the order in online before heading out. The bag was packed when we arrived but inspection in the car showed that they forgot two of the six items ordered. (a hashbrown and snack bacon order were not in the bag.) Thankfully we went back in to get that. At home, one of the sandwhiches didn't have any cheese on it and both hashbrown orders were soggy cold bits - not crispy at all. This was not what I had been looking forward to. :(

Every time lately I have been going they put soooooooooo much ice I then proceeded to ask less ice and then I notice cup not filled all the way which I understand but the ice is still ridiculous feel like even a large I’m halfway done just pulling out the parking lot !

I went there today bought donuts which gladly this location has my donuts but good grief I had to repeat myself several times and I ordered a large with less ice and was given a medium with still 10 cubes of ice and cup was filled half way of a large. Then I got attitude because I spoke louder through the drive way mic so they can hear me and the place has no customers but me but 4-7 workers their all standing around, all looking at me in the drive through. Makenzie was my sales person and I honestly feel you guys can do better. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Stale donuts with little English speaking ability at reagan international gives this 1 star. Plus, I read dunkin doesn't like the right wing. We'll i now don't like dunkin and will not spend a penny there, ever! Stupid move, dunkin.

The food was great. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches which were good. The breakfast wrap however is extremely small for the price. The sourdough sandwich was good but ordered with out meat and is a little plain. Needs a sauce. The donuts were great. The issue is that the music is blaring so loud I could not hear the person taking my order. And they were not very friendly when assisting at the counter. She mumbled. I had no idea if she heard my order. The wraps apparently come in 10 different options but none of them are listed on the menu. Strange. The tables were filthy so there was almost no where to sit , the floor was filthy with crumbs, and powdered sugar, and the building was blasting out freezing cold air. Not sure driving 15 extra minutes over here instead of going to Starbucks was worth it.

This is the cheapest place around to get breakfast and their breakfast food is incredible. The staff here are always great people. I don't like the sickly sugary drinks but I'm not there for that anyway.

They were nice and fast, although maybe too fast…. Our ham and Swiss croissant was completely cold. Not even eatable. I got bacon avocado toast and the bacon was barely cooked through. I had a whole avocado not even smashed for a spread. Wish I could get refunded, but it’s a good drive away. This place used to be an everyday stop for me… haven’t gone in a while but the last few times this exact same thing has happened.
