Do not go there I drove all the way to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Andover because their hours said that they close at 8 PM and I got there at 7:30 PM and they were closed already. This place is a scam.

I really don’t want to be this person, but the staff are rude, they don’t care if they make your drinks wrong, and they have an aversion to making your drinks with less ice, we ask every time and they never do.

i think drink modifications are just a suggestion for the workers, every time i ask for my drink it always comes out wrong. i don't want to be a karen but its almost impressive how they screw up the drinks every single time. drinks taste great but service is a disappointment every time

Quick service, but the cashier really didnt say anything... and didnt ask any questions, even after I payed, still nothing was said, really odd🤷 could be a shy trainee, who knows. And even then my group and I had to wait to actually see that our food was done, because they didnt call out the names or anything, but decent either way.

Overall, good experience. Just make sure you’re there early so you can get fresh donuts. The only thing that I wasn’t too happy about was that no one tells you if a doughnut is extra until after they’ve charged you and rung you up.
Donuts and croissants were as expected, nothing exciting. The drive up person was hard to hear. Love their coffee!
