The manager the morning of the 17th doesn't step up for his employees. One lady got the wrong food in the drive thru and was mad at the 16 year old in the front, not the young girls problem, he just ignored. While I had no onions put on my steak bagel sandwich (one if threw main ingredients) she brought the issue up to him and he slowly took care of it, not once letting me know what was going on. Bu the time I got a tiny cup with fresh onions the rest of my sandwich was cold, he needs a new job because he has no care for his current position. The moral was terrible, seems like he runs a sweat camp with the looks on all his employees faces. The 3 stars is for the employees, the not 5 stars is all because the manager and his awful attitude.

McDonald’s continues to disappoint. Service is usually rushed and unprofessional—especially in the drive-thru, where orders often get messed up or misunderstood. The food? Same low-quality, overly processed stuff every time. Lukewarm fries, soggy burgers, and everything tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp. I get that it’s fast food, but even for that standard, it’s barely acceptable. Not worth the money or the frustration.

The young lady at the windows was feverishly working to serve those at the window and take orders at the same time. When I asked how she was doing? She smiled, stated they'd had a few call outs and apologized for not being ready for the kids and I. She was working the cash register and taking orders, talking to me in the most beautiful tone and I would have never guessed how much pressure she was under at that moment. I thanked her and complimented her for her beautiful smile and great service. She's going places with that attitude. The restaurant is clean and the staff gets five stars.

Went for the kiddo. Couldn't play in the playplace due to static electricity. I'm not used to using the indoor order kiosk. Wasn't sure if it went thru. It was my own fault it was on a Saturday around noon! So packed! Expensive uneventful experience.

This McDonald’s always has had the most wonderful staff. I come here mainly for the play place. They bring your food right to your table which is awesome with young kids 🥰 the tables are usually always clean - which says a lot when you’re right in the kid area. Would say this is our favorite McDonald’s 🍟
