McDonald’s continues to disappoint. Service is usually rushed and unprofessional—especially in the drive-thru, where orders often get messed up or misunderstood. The food? Same low-quality, overly processed stuff every time. Lukewarm fries, soggy burgers, and everything tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp. I get that it’s fast food, but even for that standard, it’s barely acceptable. Not worth the money or the frustration.

The young lady at the windows was feverishly working to serve those at the window and take orders at the same time.
When I asked how she was doing? She smiled, stated they'd had a few call outs and apologized for not being ready for the kids and I.
She was working the cash register and taking orders, talking to me in the most beautiful tone and I would have never guessed how much pressure she was under at that moment.
I thanked her and complimented...

This McDonald’s always has had the most wonderful staff. I come here mainly for the play place. They bring your food right to your table which is awesome with young kids 🥰 the tables are usually always clean - which says a lot when you’re right in the kid area. Would say this is our favorite McDonald’s 🍟
