I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready at 5pm. I arrived at the store at exactly 5pm and they told me it would be another 45 minutes *at least*. I overheard another woman say her order was supposed to be ready at 3pm. I told the employee I could not wait that long and would need to cancel the order, so she directed me to another register. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, the employee at the second register did not issue me a refund or give me a receipt—he simply wrote my name down on a piece of paper. If this is the process for canceling an order, it seems the first employee could have helped me or suggested I call or email the next day instead of asking me to wait in line (again). I heard other customers talking about how this happens every holiday, so I have to assume the managers and owners are well aware of the issue and are content with operating their business so poorly.

The prices have increased greatly and my “family sized pizza” has seemed to shrink in size! A family size now looks like a large. Very disappointing.
