Breakfast was great, place was packed but it was worth the wait.
We came here for the first food was so good cheap big portions awesome service and fast definitely recommend coming here
Always great place for brunch love the tavern side
Wonderful place to eat and hang out with friends and family.
Waited 40 minutes to get seated and once we were seated two families came in right after us and did not have to wait at all.
We then waiting for 10 minutes watching the other two families get attended right away while we did not receive any menus or water.
We left this establishment without ordering anything it felt like we weren’t wanted or welcome here at all.
Very disappointing experience especially on Father’s Day.
Old school breakfast diner with delicious food, opens early and closes late. One of the last of it's kind. Worth it!
Wife has steak and eggs normally when she orders a steak medium rare it will come out medium well not this time it was cooked and seasoned perfect I had pancakes and hash browns the the pancakes were a little dense but flavorful hash browns were a little undercooked and greasy
We went to Pappy's last night and ordered the all-you-can-eat fish dinner. The meal came with a choice of soup, salad, or coleslaw, 2 large breaded fish fillets to start, a choice of potato - french fries, hash browns, baked potato, or the option to upgrade to tator tots or onion rings, steamed carrots, and a dinner roll. To start, the blue cheese dressing that came with the salad appeared spoiled. The chicken wild rice soup looked like it came from a can of knock-off Campbell's chunky soup, and the taste reflected as such. The fish tasted like fish sticks and several pieces had been fried EXTRA crispy. The carrots were very overcooked with a texture and flavor akin to baby food. The dinner rolls were tough and smelled stale. The fries and hash browns were nothing to write home about. And there were a few flies floating around the cafe. The only saving grace was the server, who was kind and attentive. We did not complain about the food or send anything back (as we got the impression that this was likely the quality of most of the food on the menu), and we paid our bill in full, but we will not be returning. With a 4.5 star rating, I had high expectations we would be eating delicious cafe food, but we were sorely mistaken.

Pappy's Cafe used to be the perfect restaurant to eat at not So Much Anymore the Flies were terrible ordered a half of chef salad a full salad is 8.99 they charged me $10 for a half of chef salad and I think the Flies received half of that definitely won't be doing that again

We went here last minute. We were there around 7am and there was one gal working and she rocked it! She waited on the entire place, didn't skip a beat and even stopped and talked with everyone. I think there was only one cook too! The food came out fast, and was top notch. I will spread the word on the quality food and service and will definitely be back again!
