About Starbucks

Starbucks Coffee Company is a new and welcome addition to the neighborhood, considered a great location. The interior of the store is really nice, super nice, and has been clean, with lots of seating and a nice patio. The atmosphere is excellent.

The staff is consistently noted for being great, friendly, and efficient. Every employee has been exceptional with customer service, appearing genuine and very nice. They are described as always friendly whether early in the morning or in the evening. While the store can get super busy and waits can be quite a while, the staff hustles to get drinks out as fast as they can.

Most drinks are great, consistent with other stores, and the coffee is always great. However, as a new location still training, some items need work. Specifically, they haven't nailed the chocolate cream cold foam, which can be bitter with an incorrect texture and color. There are also notes to work on whip cream skills and to ensure drinks like an iced flat white contain the correct number of shots. Overall, customers are excited to have this Starbucks, find it an excellent addition, and are happy to help this store be successful.
