My family decided to stop at this location for dinner after a school event this past week. They were not busy, and had 2 people working, a younger male & female. My family ordered 3 subs, and 2 of the subs were the same. I couldn't see over the counter at the meat and cheese part, but I told the male what type of bread, cheese and subs that we wanted. He asked if we wanted it toasted, which I only wanted the chicken heated up. When we reach the veggie part, all I could see was the melted cheese on the subs. He started with my daughters sub, and she asked for black olives, he instead put jalapeños (thank goodness I caught it) so he removed MOST of them, she still found some when she ate the sub though. When he got to my sub, I had to ask him 4 times for extra toppings. Which I think I'm rather simple on my sub, spinach, black olives, onions and mayo... he put maybe 5 leafs of spinach the first time. He did the same thing on my husband's sub, and he had to ask for more toppings. I paid $40 for 3 subs!! When we arrived home to eat, mine & my daughter's subs had no teriyaki sauce on it, so it was extremely dry! I have taken pictures of the subs to prove the sauce was not added and I have been ordering the same sub for years, and they always add the teriyaki at the meat part, apparently he didn't, even though that was the sandwich we ordered! I have tried calling the restaurant several time's to speak to someone, but no one answers the phone. I would not recommend this location.

They never have anything stocked for meat. Today they tried to serve me cold meatballs straight out of the freezer and warm them up in the toaster. None of the tables were clean and the team making the sandwiches does not know how to work together, I repeated myself 4 times to 2 different people on the cheese I wanted. They were yelling out the door when we were sitting in the dining area because they gave a customer the wrong sandwich. They literally are the most jumbled team I've seen. Wouldn't recommend coming here. We've also waited in line on multiple occasions here for 20 to 25 mins before. Whoever manages the store is running it into the ground. Was a much more well oiled machine when Dean was here.

Our 1st employee was not friendly or helpful but our 2nd employee; Aiden made up for it! He was quick, helpful and very personable! He made small talk while making our sandwiches and genuinely seemed to care about our experience! Great work to Aiden for making up for his coworkers short comings!

I stop at this shop and generally I receive good service and a good sandwich. How ever tonight I received neither. I ordered a sandwich with double meat and the young lady put ham 2 slices thick down the sandwich when I repeated. That I ordered double meat I received a scowled look and she threw on three more slices . In the future when I order double meat I expect double meat . And if I enter the store and see this young lady making sandwiches I will leave and go elsewhere.

My experience at the Andover Subway was superb. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, drink, and cookie and enjoyed it quite a lot. Isabella was very nice and helpful, even helping me decide on what sandwich to get.
