I used to get subs from this location often. That all changed a few years ago in part because of poor customer service, poor app design (double charged for a sub that the store never made) and a manager that appeared to believe that if he choses not to respond...issues will go away. It took a call from corporate to change his mind. So, I have avoided this location. Today on a whim I decided to visit and I was reminded why I will not order from this location again. Service was slow. They are now hiding part of the prep line so you can't watch the sub being made. I ordered a meatball sub, she asked if I wanted cheese and I said yes, subs always come with cheese right. I happened to be able to see the sub just as she was wrapping it up. The meatballs were small and they did not fill the sub. There was also barely any cheese on the sub, so I knew that quality was sub par. During the checkout I was informed that cheese cost extra now, which is why she "asked if I wanted cheese." Her atitude was very "tough crap" feeling. I declined to purchase the sub and left. The whole experience felt deceptive. Based on the employee's "Oh Well" respose I guess this must hapen often. I hoped after 3 years they would have a better environment but it appears I was mistaken.

The employee Aiden & young lady with him gave great service. We made him aware of a issue with the female bathroom & ice machine. He apologized & responded quickly.

On June 14th 2023 @ 3:37pm at the Andover location Bunker Lake Blvd Nw The young lady who helped us was fairly new. So she started to get a line and she asked for help in the back. The person who helped her came out and said some smart remark to her then they started to make other people sandwiches. So as the young lady was putting our sandwich in the oven the other person said "hey wait wait" and started to put another person's sandwich in the oven touching my sandwich with ham and bacon on it and I don't eat ham or pork at all. Instead of that person saying " I'm so sorry". They just kept saying "what what"? With a attitude. First of all I never had any other persons sandwich combined with my order at all before. SO RUDE, SO DISRESPECTFUL, SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I will not be returning to this location.

Employee did not attend to customers. When called on from back room, employee was rude to customer. Customer asked for extra cucumber, employee gave 3 total cucumbers. Customer asked again for extra cucumber, employer stated that 2 is normal and they were given extra. Terrible customer service.

always has the same rude worker at lunch and makes half of a 6 inch inedible because of the amount of sauce and refuses to take it off with a knife, they roll their eyes at you and rush, would not recommend wasting money here
I would like to shout out the excellent service my wife and I enjoyed at this Subway. Mr. Jansen was personable and engaging we thoroughly had a great time during the order proces. As always the food was excellent and the restaurant was clean. Thank you for a great experience. 12/8/2022 @ 4:12:24

The sandwhich artist was understaffed but so friendly and appologetic. He made a great sandwhich and gave my daughter a cookie for the delay. Great customer service.
Great cookies, probably the best cookie shop around! Can’t go wrong with their gourmet chocolate chip cookies! While you’re there you might as well order a sandwich to go with it, they aren’t too bad either.

Kara - ZERO reception, stare at customer ; always good right?2. Kara - HYGIENE - hey nothing like getting a blonde hair in my kids sandwich. Right?3. Loraine - give an award for RACIAL Assumptions - See an ethnic race…assume they are part of folks in front who HAPPENED to be same looking, and say ‘You guys must be together right ?’, instead of ‘are you guys together ?’4. Loraine - give an award for ARGUING- kids meals come with cookies EVER SINCE toy boxes are no longer given out. Regardless don’t stand there arguing with a customer about your franchise problem or poor communication. Plus it’s embarrassing to customer and to your establishment.
