I should have probably read the reviews before coming here! My order was wrong I called and the person was rude and disrespectful telling me I didn’t get it from there and so on as I’m calling the location that’s on my receipt. Telling me he’s not going to argue with me about an order they messed up (which it wasn’t an argument) Instead of saying our fault which it is because they charged me for something I didn’t get he wanted to tell me basically I don’t know what I’m talking about. But this was my first and last time going here I don’t trust anyone who can lie to themselves when the proof is in 4k. And if you don’t like your job because whoever messed it up get better training because it was an easy fix instead ppl want to be extra!

To be strait forward Service sucks you can pull up anytime of day with no vehicles in the drive thru area and you will be greeted with a welcome please wait automatic recording and wait 3-5 minutes before someone takes your order. I thought maybe it was just a one off situation but after maybe two dozen visits I realize that’s just the case with this location, Why? Don’t know , hopefully at some point management will fix their training methods and ensure employees make the customer experience a priority. Additionally if you place an order via the app such as I have many time removing ingredients and adding more meat cheese etc.. and well as you can guess the employees completed fail to read the order and fulfill the order to however they feel like so I stopped requesting Ingredients be removed or added etc..

I normally don't post reviews but this Taco Bell is THE one! Awesome staff, great attitude whenever I'm here. (Being 2nd shift its quite frequently) they take their time to get the food AND order right!

The employees at this location are the worst by far in the twin cities area. Always have an attitude regardless if I place a mobile order or go in the store to order in person.
I have gone here twice now and the staff has been very kind to me. Working at a fast food restaurant can be a challenge. I wanted to make sure they know that I thought they were all working hard and were very kind when I was there.

The guy apologize twice for not taking my order at the counter. Suggested I use the kiosk. I told him I did not want to since he's standing right there. More concerned about the lazy people driving up in their cars. The second bad experience at this Taco Bell I don't know why I keep coming back here I thought maybe I'd get good service here but don't waste your time unless you're driving up cars come before people at this joint
