Worst Taco Bell I've been to, and im a long time customer. To start off, the service when placing my order was very poor. I was responded to with "anything else?" after the first item and the tone of voice made it obvious the guy working hated his job. He did offer hot sauce, but I received none. My boyfriend's chili cheese burrito was basically an empty tortilla leaving him still hungry after eating two, not to mention they were both cold. I was charged for adding chicken to my power bowl but there was not a single piece of chicken in it. Really disappointed.

terrible this is a newer location our food was cold no napkins and no sauce packets, I've ate here a few times the food quality is low and the quantity is small plus the workers were rude

Got my order wrong, informed them at the window and I could hear one of the workers say they didn’t get it wrong that I got it wrong. ? They end up correcting it on the receipt and then got it wrong again. Please replace with kiosks if you can’t train better customer service.

Will steal your money on mobile orders . Made mobile order 2 weeks ago said it was ready went to pick it up . They were closed . This was 1:30 pm . They were closed due to an electrical problem , no worries and understandable .worker was really rude and when asked how I get my money back he just shrugged his shoulders and mumbled and had attitude and never told me how to get my money back . Never got my food or money back and not even 2 minutes after I left the store they were open again making foodz I live right across the street so can see . Still waiting for money back and reply about to file a chargeback on my card .

20 minute wait, really busy, maybe someone at the counter to help people. I got attention for others. Nice person at takeout window came and helped 3 times.

Ordered a quesadilla and the orginal cheese was out of stock, they made me pay for the substituted cheese. My taco was empty as others have stated and shown. Asked for hot sauce, received none. Not coming back to this location.

They had 1 person to make lobby food, while they had 4 people for drive thru. So apparently the dine-in side food was old. I don't know if the guy who was making my order was new or not, it took 30 minutes to make my order. None of the extras I paid for was added to my order. It's time I try a different taco bell.
