Had some free scoops and went to check two out with it. They usually scanned it but they didn’t this time. Then only made it known now that you could only have one free scoop at a time. Paid for the second scoop, but they took my free scoop card with two more free scoops left. Honestly just a hassle and not very well managed.

Beware, especially if you need a cake for a special occasion! They lost my custom pizza cake order for my daughter’s birthday. I ordered online and received confirmation went to pick it up and they couldn’t even find the order in their system (the night before my husband even talk to someone in person who pulled up our order and confirmed it… however 24 hrs later no one could tell us what happened) . I had to resend them my confirmation email. They tried to get me to take a premade pizza cake in its place (when I order a custom one and paid more). My husband had to take off work, just to be able to pick up the cake the next day, so we would have it in time for my daughter’s birthday. They offered no discount, no coupons for our troubles. Very frustrating experience making multiple trips and having to take off work in order to get the cake in time for my daughter’s bday. Won’t be ordering from here again.
