Server was super friendly and attentive
I got the Philly and the meat was really dry and chewy, my fiancé burger was well done when we asked for medium.
Place was not busy except the outside bar area and very dark inside.

My wife and I live in and love Anoka, and one of the main reasons is Billy's Bar & Grill. The food is excellent. Recently I had a conversation with Paul the awesome owner, and he told me that although his supplier offered him better profitability through buying frozen beef instead of using fresh beef for the amazing burgers, he couldn't do it because he wants his customers to have fresh, never frozen, hand-pattied burgers. We dined about 6:00 on a Thursday night and it was not busy. Service was prompt and friendly. We ordered a beer and both opted for the Thursday night special BBQ Rib dinner. What a feast!! We received a full rack of BBQ ribs with a baked potato, salad or coleslaw, and a breadstick....
