I visited with my parents and their friend. The woman who was helping us was incredibly patient as we took a little bit to order because my parents don't normally go to Caribou (or any coffee place) so they needed to look at and ask about the ENTIRE menu 🫠 The coffee was amazing as always. Just know your patience is ALWAYS appreciated ❤️

Caribou needs to carry the Spicy Coffee all year long. It's a seasonal flavor, and typically, Caribou is sold out before Christmas. Spicy Mocha or coffee is a favorite obliviously as it sells out fast. Might be good to have it available year round.

I love my caribou and probably come here weekly. However, they consistently give me medium sized drinks when I always order larges. Even when I'm ordering two largest of the same drink they will give me a large cup and a medium cup so I don't know what that's about hahaha but it's pretty obvious that I'm getting a medium when it's sitting next to the large cup I ordered 🤷🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️ Update: I *did* email Caribou, and no response in 6 days. 🤯😮💨

Service is always well intended. I usually do the drive-through, Howe I have been inside a few times. Looks like some of the furniture could use updating desperately, and the tables wiped off more regularly. Other than that I like the usual vibe of going to a caribou.
