Nasty. The food has gone downhill to be basically inedible. My wife ordered the maple bacon jalapeí±o burger. It was so overdone. The bacon and jalapeí±os were burnt to a crisp. The burger was cooked grey and dry. This was a $13 burger! My patty melt was also cooked dry. We sent them both back. The place was only half full, so it wasn't because the kitchen was backed up. We went to Hardee's drive through and had much better food.

I went there on a whim and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. This was 3 days ago and I'm sitting here thinking about the BLT I had and wanting it again. There wasn't hardly anyone eating out back on there patio, but how perfect! I had the BLT with fries and omg that BLT was THE BEST. The toast itself was a masterpiece in taste. Anyway, I don't have much to say on this review besides that you should order the BLT and this place is great!

Went for bingo. It was fun but they really rush you to buy the next round in the middle of the current round. Other than that, food was good and the happy hour was decent.

Stopped in last night for burger and beer. Ran into some friends, there for same thing, they had already ordered their food...it took 2 waitresses and about 15 minutes just to get our beers. We asked how long of wait for food, waitress said about 20 minutes. We ordered our food, but after waiting 30 minutes,we canceled our order. We went next door for faster service. The friends were still waiting for their food. After we were eating next door, the friends came over to join us for a beer and told us they had waited 1.5 hours waiting for their food that came cold and not properly cooked. Won't be back!

I met with a coworker here and we ended up ordering several items off the happy hour menu. Despite the fact that we hung out talking for a few hours after happy hour, our server was very attentive and didn't try to rush us even though she probably could have used the table. We felt welcome and the food was awesome.

Have been coming here for a couple years now. Have always had an enjoyable time. The drinks come fast and are pretty well priced. Just ate here last night and really enjoyed the food. It is your typical bar food, but made very well. I had a cheeseburger wrap and it was good, I really liked the fries that came with it. My wife had a buffalo chicken salad that was really good also. The service here is really good too. The place has been pretty busy at times when we are there and never felt like we were waiting for anything ever.

Courtside was a solid 3 for our first-time visit. Two of us went to Courtside last night for a couple beers and some grub. It was the first time for both of us. I was interested because this is the last place on along Jackson Street I had yet to sample. FOOD: The food was pretty good. The jalapeno poppers were interesting and a nice effort...way more than I expected in an Anoka bar. The fried pickles were cooked well (but the flavor was just okay)...they're actually a little tricky to cook correctly. I personally like it when they use really sour dill pickles. The house-made onion rings were very good. The BLT was decent. The Insanity Burger really surprised me! I thought it was going to be a typical Minnesota suburbs white person's version of spicy food - wimpy. Not the Insanity Burger. It lived up to it's name. I thought the damn thing was going to burn my face off!!! I finished the whole thing but it took me about half an hour to do it. SERVICE: The only place they fell short was the service. We sat for 15 minutes, totally ignored. It wasn't very busy either. We finally went to the bar to demand a server. Once they finally talked to us, everything was all-good. But...frankly...I got the definite impression that we were getting extra attention because they saw me taking all kinds of photographs with the flash on my camera. The prices were very reasonable. Worst service ever! The place was nearly empty for a Friday night at 5:30. Waited over an hour for food. Our table of four finally got our simple orders but one person at our table had to wait an additional 10 minutes for his order after the rest were served. The two stars is because the food was decent and drinks were served in a timely fashion. Won't be returning anytime soon.

First timer, I had the bbq burger with bacon and onion rings, with a side of onion rings delivered by FoodDudes (excellent delivery service for those that live out in the boonies). Even with the food being 30 mins "old" by the time i got it, it was very good. Really good burger and excellent onion rings. Their seasoned sour cream side dish is also excellent.

The food is inconsistent, and I've never had a cold salad there or hot food. Most of the waitresses are rude and crooked. I accidentally dropped a $50 bill when I dropped my baby's diaper bag and she "helped" me pick it up, she also helped herself to my cash. The next time the waitress put food on our bill from a different table (her friends) that had already left because she "thought they were with us", and she threatened to call the police if we didn't pay because that's theft. Then she proceeded to alter her tips on multiple tickets in our party that night, and 2 other people I know who were there at a different time. The manager was nasty when we called and questioned the alteration to the tip, and told us we were lying and to bring in our bank statements... really? That proves nothing since we don't have a copy of merchant receipt. The music is so loud during the day, and it's either roasting hot in the summer or freezing cold in the winter. Won't go back until it gets new owners... again. The last 2 haven't been the greatest. No passion for the business.

The review is based on the food. Been here twice and both times were disappointing. Surely edible, but not great. Had the fried fish sandwich and it had a funny taste, probably because it was so bland. It sat well with me, though I won't get it again. Waffle fries are equally as bland, and not worth the extra money for them. Drink Service is quick, but come here at 8pm to get food and you'll be waiting awhile. I dont think it's a place to get food, it's a place to get loaded and people watch, as well as dance on the dance floor when they have it going.

Great spot for a burger. No frozen patties served here, real beef made to your liking. Long list of options to create your own burger. Cold beer & great burgers, enough said. Only gripe, bathroom cleanliness could be improved.
