Arrived to a long drive thru line, but wasn't in a rush, so we decided to wait in line. It was around 8pm on Thursday. We ordered two medium shakes, one with whip cream and one without and one blizzard. I repeated my order twice at the speaker. When we reached the window, I paid for the items and then they started handing us our items. It was a young girl. When I was handed the last shake, I noticed it was smaller than the first one I received. I questioned the size and the girl rolled her eyes, grabbed the shake out of my hand and closed the window. I watched her dumped the small shake into a medium and added more. About a minute later, she opened the window and said you paid for a small, but here. I respectfully said, I ordered two medium shakes and she closed the window. I understand mistakes happen, but I had two other people in my vehicle that confirmed I said medium. The attitude was not needed.

TALK ABOUT AN OUT OF THIS WORLD EXPERIENCE!!! The cake designer and the staff at this location are A+++++..!! We have always been impressed by this locations cake designs. The team went above and beyond..!! Even got a screenshot of the decorations we are using! (***FYI: We ordered this cake a week in advance. We were not picky and only asked that she design a space theme cake.) We are absolutely blown away by how amazing the cake looks! The attention to details of cake are beyond belief. Thank you so much for making this day so special for our little guy!

To set clock on thermostat in order to set it flip the cover down then press the set button then use the up-and-down button to set the time after that keep pressing set until you see end and you’re done

ordered online and it took about 15 minutes longer than it said it would be ready. I only ordered 1small blizzard and it took about a half hour, this is unacceptable.

I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with this Dairy Queen couple years back. I actually had a booger on the wrapper of my sandwich took it back showed the guy! guy tried to say it was a piece of dried lettuce so I asked him to taste it and he wouldn’t now my wife went through the drive-through got ice cold chicken tenders and barbecue sauce smeared all over her meal paid $20 for it And was told that I would get a gift card mailed to me never received a gift card called up to ask why and was told that I won’t be receiving anything now! The owner’s name is Tim. He’s about as cheap as you can possibly be. He doesn’t care about his customers. He cares about his pocketbook and that is it.
I don’t ever leave reviews for anybody so just know if I’m leaving a review they really pissed me off

I don't know how, but somehow this DQ always gets my order wrong. It's not that my order is complex, they just forget things or put the wrong ingredients on. I have asked for a dipping sauce, paid for it, and it doesn't get put in the bag at least 9 times out of 10. I always have to check my order before leaving because I can't trust them to actually do it right.

I simply cannot understand how they can manage to mess my order up every single time. At this point, it can't be accidental because the odds that they get it wrong every time rival on winning the Powerball. It's good food, but man, don't trust they will do it right.

Just a horrible experience in the food was called the fries tasted like they were at least an hour old just bad experience don't think I'll return to this location they also charged me pup cup
