I LOVE Dairy Queen. There is this man that always serves with a smile there and he is very kind. Unfortunately everytime I order from this particular dairy queen the blizzard are never mixed well. One time I ordered there and there were only 2 peices of the topping on the large blizzard and no coco fudge in it. Unfortunately when I door dash from here that's the location they pick. The burgers always taste very off here too. Unlike other locations. I'm hoping this review encourages better blizzard making jn the future and acknowledges the staff who are very kind and hard working so they are wanting to do their jobs to the best if their ability. All works deserve to be acknowledged.

Their is no words for my experience today with Dan! Unbelievable. I can't believe he even works their he was so mean and rude to me. Zero excuses for that. I said to the cashier he is mean she says we all know and tell him everyday. I call and another manager says yeah . Yeah what like why! I wish that they would do a audit at that place when he is working. I know I'm not the only one he was rude and mean to. Very unacceptable. I would never return to this location again ! Do something about him how many complaints will it take before someone takes it seriously. He is mean amd rude!

Service was friendly, food was hot, delicious, and prompt. I got chicken tenders, a blizzard, and a mini ice cream cake. All were great! This is a good little DQ to stop in!
The "shift lead" Andrew if that's even his name was so rude when I called up there to say my salad was brown and the shake I ordered was a mixture of chocolate and strawberry, he said the only thing he could do for me was remake the salad but I would have to order it through door dash again the he said he was the manager and wouldn't give me the GM number and then hung up on me. I will be contacting corporate to let them know how unbelievably rude he was to me.

Great ice cream and food but getting expensive got 3 ice cream cones was 13
When my son refused to eat the cheese burger. I was thinking he just wanted his dessert, but when I tried a bite of it, it was hard and dry, similar to cardboard. It wasn't old, but very different. Low quality or something. I spit it out and inevitably threw it away. The dilly bar was gross. My son kept asking for something else. The wrapper said it was plant based. I'm not sure if that's what it was. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering any of that again.
