Average bar in Anoka with delicious cheeseburger basket deal on Tuesdays - $3. Wolfed everything down before realizing I should've taken a picture. Crinkle fries that are crispy, not soggy. Pleasant surprise tucked in along Main street.
I’ve known Dan the owner for a while I drank at the bar when he worked as the bartender at Billy’s. He took over ownership of this bar from when it was beer bellies and it’s a-lot better now. The mural on the front dressed it up but it’s still is a true dive bar. With good cheap priced burgers. It’s a somewhat smaller place but cozy and fun.
