We have been a customer for 9 years. The printers keep breaking down and customer service is lousy. We are part of a franchise and other stores have told us they have stopped using DecoPac. We are stopping also. We were told color issues aren't covered by the warranty.

The quality of the cake decorating products are poor. The cake topper kits break and edible image papers don't line up or fit in the printers for example. Customer service is also not the best.
