Walked in no customers inside and 1 car in drive through. Manager with long black hair saw us, but continued taking to the 2 employees and ignored us. Worst service.

I don’t want to give a bad review because many times we have had great experiences and several of the baristas are great but the last 5-10 times have been awful, me and my husband walk to Dunkin several times a week and lately we have come in and the what I assume is the manager screaming at everyone, she has gotten angry with me several times because I make online orders and everytime they have been sold out of everything on my mobile order. Which results in me just wanting to refund what I payed for and then I get some seriously rude behavior and attitude to the point I nearly cried after leaving the one time. We have been coming here for nearly a year and I am sad to say we will probably not be coming back.

Used the drive-through. Staff was friendly and efficient. The bagel bites are good. My donut was a bit hard and dry on the edges. The hashbrowns have a seasoning that I can't name and I don't like.
Also, it would be nice to have little pictures of the donut varieties on the drive-through menu.

Flies were hovering and landing on my sister and I there was no donuts for a dunkin Donuts unless you want just powder sugar balls. Will be making the hike to Champlin to Cafe Donuts instead

Ordered and received our doughnuts and was told to go to the end of the counter to receive our hot chocolate that my daughter wanted, stood there waiting for the while 8 people who came in after us got their food and drinks, before I lost my shit and started complaining about not getting our drink yet, apparently they deleted the order without making it, will never go back to any dunkin again, seems they all have attitude problems, especially when paying with cash. Doughnuts at cub are cheaper and larger. Friendlier employees at cub also.

We were greeted when we entered. The store is very clean, and had a great doughnut selection. Jeff, at the counter, was very friendly and patient while my grandsons decided on which doughnuts to have.

I only get fast food/fast food breakfast as an occasional treat. Today I decided to try a breakfast sandwich at the Main Street Anoka Dunkin, went through the drive thru. Bacon egg cheese on croissant. I am not one to go back and ask for a replacement, but this sandwich was completely cold, the cheese wasn't even slightly melted, it was legitimately COLD. I went back inside and the kid at the counter seemed timid and scared to ask the woman making the food for a replacement. She literally rolled her eyes and audibly sighed. No apology from anyone. I watched her remake the sandwich and she didn't even heat it up! Added cold cheese to a cold sandwich and went to grab bacon, side eyed me, put the bacon back, and grabbed sausage. I said excuse me that was supposed to be bacon to which no one replied and I decided to cut my losses and avoid giving the old crabby lady an aneurysm and I ate the cold sandwich in the parking lot. Also the hash browns were soggy and tasted more like old oil than anything else. Woof. So much for my fast food treat :( Terrible customer service - the drive thru gal with the braids was very nice at least!

This place is ridiculous. Stood in line for 10 minutes and no order was taken. This place needs some better management!!!!
Coffee is good and strong; not alot of donut options and the donuts are small; the floor as well as the bathroom needed to be cleaned.

My daughter and I have visited this location at least 2 times a week. She get the Blueberry donut iced coffee. More then half the time we have gotten a coffee that has been undrinkable ( like to believe sometimes it might have been someone's first day). Doesn't taste like a blueberry donut and is VERY watery. At first glance it looks right until we taste it. She also orders a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel with cream cheese on the side. More then once we have gotten just a bagel and cream cheese even though though the receipt and screen clearly say Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel. I always get a sparked energy there has been a few times it didn't have flavor. I have also a few times not gotten what I have ordered for breakfast. When I call they say they will add it to a book for free. I have tried to claim that and they say it never got recorded. Today was out last shot we ordered our same stuff. The coffee was watered down, no flavor but coffee, the bagel was still cold and the gal at the window handed me our stuff and never said Thank You. We will NOT be returning to this location.

I ordered on the app and some items were sold out when I got to the store. I was informed they could not refund app purchases, and I had to contact customer service, which “would be easy.” It was outside of business hours, so I submitted a case on the app. They emailed me asking me to respond with personal information about my payment method. This is a ridiculous process. Why can’t they refund your purchase at the store and why can’t customer service use the information from the app instead of a suspicious email. Really inadequate customer service by the company as a whole.
