Staff was great and patient with me after I fumbled during my order 🄹 They also gave me extra stevia packets. The chocolate munchkins were great with just the right amount of glaze and the coffee was perfect!

The phone number for this location is either wrong on both Google and the website or staff are not well trained. I called twice to try to place a catering order, the first time silence until the answering party said hello a few seconds later. The I asked if this was Dunkin’ donuts in Anoka and was hung up on. The second time I only got a voicemail box with a robotic message and no acknowledgement of this being a Dunkin’ store. I wound up ordering from a different location.

I wasn't impressed it took them a whole 15 mins before I actually got out of there, staff were poorly trained, management was uptight and impersonable, I couldn't get any attention to the questions I asked, I almost walked out, never again.

Very inconsistent. The donuts are always good, but I get the same exact coffee order every time, and every time it tastes different. Obviously not ideal as sometimes it just tastes like black coffee which I don’t like.

What Ok?

Always a long wait even when I Mobile order ahead. When I try to ask someone for help no one responds and they just ignore me. This place had made me late multiple times and I will not be coming back.

Everytime I’ve come here has been a horrible experience. Whether my drink isn’t full, I’m waiting 15 min, or I have old food. Today I went inside to skip the drive through line , which was clearly more of a mistake. We only ordered 2 drinks and got the first one within 2 min but the 2nd drink took at least 15. He said ā€œI’ll look for itā€ , after already asking a separate worker if they were making it and I was ignored. I audibly said that I was late to school and had been waiting for a while. Nothing was done to make up for the wait. I’m already upset I can’t order matcha without it missing half the cup. This is genuinely the worst location I’ve ever been to.

I love Dunkin, I do. But this location always gets something wrong with my order. Whether its a drink or a breakfast item, it's always wrong. I order a drink with cold foam, it doesnt have cold foam. I order a Chipotle wrap, I get a normal wrap. The reciept on the bag/coffee clearly shows I added or got certain things.

The workers are decent. Some are very nice and some seem like they dont care/want to be there.

Overall, I'll try them in a few months. Meanwhile, I'll just go to the Andover location.

Every time I come here and it maybe because I am the first customer of the day, I manage to get the same girl. She is rude and seems like I am an inconvenience to her. I am always polite and friendly… that’s doesn’t seem to help. She may need a job outside of customer service.

I paid $6 for half a drink. I took one drink out of this cup before opening the lid and seeing this. What a rip off.

Customer service is subpar, employees can't be bothered to answer simple questions about the menu (like how much caffeine is in a particular refresher drink). It's not like there was a long line in the drive through either, there was one car ahead of me and no cars behind me. I didn't end up getting the drink I questioned about because they couldn't or wouldn't give me an answer, but food quality is always good, just prefer mine served without the attitude and something to drink.

The only time there wasn't an issue with my order was when someone I used to be friends with who was still friendly toward me was on shift. I've since moved away and just don't go to Dunkin anymore because the one over here is even worse. In general comparison to other locations, I wish this one had more room for seating. It's just not in a good building, it's too small.
