Very nice sandwich shop off the highway. The place was very clean and the atmosphere was was giving modernistic vibes. 100% would go here again! I got The Beacon.

When the owner is around this place operates well, is inviting, and clean.
When the owner is away the kids behind the counter let this place descend into disarray- the place is unkempt with dirty tables, counter-tops, and drink station.
Non-paying patrons loitering about -getting in the way of paying customers- while obviously invited / expected to be there by the employees.
Feel like I was just in the disheveled bedroom of a whiny tween child.

For how expensive it is to eat out these days places NEED to do better on their food quality and train their employees what is acceptable to serve! The bread baked half of the normal size and was to small and the employee still chose to make a sandwich with it! The toppings and sauces were everywhere because they didn’t fit on the bread! When I was leaving the employee that made my sandwich was outside in a veh smoking pot so I’m sure they don’t care what customers think or the experience they have! I used to like eating there and I’m sad it has gone down hill so much!

Decades of delicious. Established in 1987, this sandwich shop is still better than other popular chains. Fresh, fast, delicious! My favorite go-to: Titan with extra turkey. Give it a try!

Always love going here, the honey wheat Italian with the dressing like Yersey yikes(I won't say the REAL name because, ew) is delicious, and was prepared with care.

The prices are way too high for how meager the portions are. To pay almost $20.00 for the soup & sandwich meal, which doesn't include any drink or chips seemed extravagant, but i was famished from working outside all night, and it was payday, so felt less guilty for treating myself to some pretentious, cutesy-poo restaurant food. When i got home and opened up the bag, thought they mistakenly had handled me the wrong order. The soup was in some paper cup not much bigger than a shot glass, and this sandwich i had asked for everything on it, was some horsd'oeuvre (sample?) sized , puny thing with 2 onion strings, no sauce or vinegar, 1 paper thin tomato slice, i nevertheless wolfed it down in 3 nearly tasteless bites. It was smaller than a subway 6" and 3-4× more expensive. I'm not going to go protest or ask for the rest of the sandwich they must have forgotten to put in the bag, but i won't eat there ever again, and will warn anybody else who might think about going there.

Not meant as critical of the location, management, or employees. I wouldn't eat a single thing from their menu, because I care about my health, but I got lunch for a friend. It was $20, and didn't look spectacular. Another chain restaurant with no soul. Ugh

3rd world experience .. actually sub par to 3rd world. But with an added attitude problem AFTER making the mistake. Zero comp. Zero reconciliation.
Then rushing to make an even bad order. While we wait to go to an event for which we are now late.
Impact - you turned a fan of E&G To go elsewhere. Complaint also filed with corporate.
