Food was good, however the dining area wqs in disarray and the whole time we were eating there was an employee on break having a loud phone conversation on speaker phone very inconsiderate especially knowing that there customers in the restaurant trying to enjoy their meal.

Lobby closed at 645 pm on a Saturday night and staff aside from one gentleman was rude and lazy didn't want to be of service. Staff was very dismissive.

Came in on Sunday after having a bad experience at coin rapids location when they were out of a lot of chicken , and this kfc was very clean and the employees were kind and I did an order for a 2pc combo and the guy who did my order was super quick and respectful and was able to change the side for me and the manager hiba was very kind and told me about the new promotion that will be coming out on Monday . Seems like the employees were all great even when they had a few customers behind me they helped all of them and were able to make there food quickly . I’ll definitely be coming back again

The guy at the drive through speaker was super quiet and messed up my order. I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich combo with Mac and cheese and I got the sandwhich with fries and no biscuit so that's why I'm giving 2 stars.
Your food is not food I don't go here and never will unless I'm looking to get very sick

Very Poor Service and I'm pissed off every piece of chicken I received was very small pieces as if they took the time to pick over the food to give me the small portions of Chicken I mean very small pieces and I'm very disappointed with the Service that I received from them

Came in at 7:50pm on a Saturday night. I waited up front infront of the register for 10 minutes, called out hello a couple times, and nobody ever came up front. I heard 2 girls talking in the back and someone doing dishes. After waiting till 8 I left and got dinner elsewhere. If that's how bad a weekend night was, I cant imagine a week day.
