30 mins for a drive thru order, twice. Slower than a restaurant. Can I give it negative stars?

I ordered the 3pc chicken tenders from this location. I have never been so disappointed! I have never seen the chicken tenders so small!! Was not crispy like advertised. Almost not fried all the way through, I wasn’t going to even trust eating it! These chicken tenders were as small as my fingers!! I was completely ripped off!
I put my trust into this location. Never again will I go to the Anoka one. The Workers need to be re-trained on how to make proper food! Take your job more seriously! Such a disappointment.

The food is good but the service sucks!! I just called there to try to get some kind of reimbursement to no avail!! I don't think think the general manager understands or maybe doesn't want to understand what it is to treat customers properly!! I explained to her that we stop there last night for a12 piece meal. They were rude immediately when we asked for x crispy they said they were out so we said ok orginal then they said they were closing in 4 minutes... then they were out of biscuits then they didn't have corn bread... so we said since you don't have that can we get some fries? They were irritated about that so then they gave us corn!! This isn't the 1st time I've had problems here but at least the other manger tired to make up for it by giving us a new bucket of chicken with all the sides!! This so called manger didn't even try to make up for this crappy treatment, service or the lack of food that we didn't receive!! I guess the customer isn't right or doesn't matter any more!!

99% of the time you order through the drive-through, they make you pull to the front and wait for them to bring out your food. They NEVER give you the dipping sauce that you ordered, so you always have to go back inside to get the sauce. You're inside waiting for 5-10 minutes before you can flag someone down to get you the sauce you ordered, and by the time you finally have the sauce, your food is cold. Them always forgetting the sauce that you ordered might have something to do with the fact that they don't list your sauce on the receipt. I've never had a problem with any other fast food restaurant regarding the sauce. It can't be that hard.

First they didn’t have biscuits at all. So when they called to ask what replacement we wanted they sounded surprised when we requested the replacement Item as well as a complimentary side item but to our surprise they decided to not include the gravy with the meal at all. Why would I expect a place who’s cashier once offered me her boyfriends phone number because he was a weed dealer

So I ordered through the KFC app. I normally don't order delivery anymore. I set it for 11:45am delivery. I realized about 15 minutes in to double check the delivery address. For whatever reason it defaulted to my home address. As I was checking that the cancel button on the app disappeared. So I called the store. This is at 11:06. They told me that they couldn't cancel it because that it had already been picked up. Which is now 39 minutes before it's supposed to be there. My work and home is about 5-10 minutes away. I asked them why so early was it delivered and made. The employee didn't have an answer he even volunteered that it should have been picked up at 11:25 according to their records so that food was made very early. I wouldn't even gather that when I placed the order at about 10:45 it was made at 10:45. So I also called corporate because the store said they couldn't do anything for me. I talked with corporate and got pretty much the same answers. An apology and will note that in our records. I was upset and I was like hey I don't get this and I was probably animated on the phone. Well she hung up on me. So I'm not happy worst customer experience ever that order should not have been picked up that early and I should have been able to have time to correct the mistake that I have made. Yes, it was my mistake for not checking the delivery address. But that order should not have been made that early and picked up and delivered that early the delivery time was at 11:22. 20 minutes early. What's the point of selecting a delivery time if it's not going to be delivered at least within 5 minutes of it. Will not be using the app or even going to this KFC again. Customer service line also worst customer service.

The food was served 20 minutes after ordering, but it was incomplete. Also, the only sugar-free beverage was out of service and I was not made aware before ordering my drink. The lobby was in disarray, the staff was dismissive, it was less than positive 1
