Very Poor Service and I'm pissed off every piece of chicken I received was very small pieces as if they took the time to pick over the food to give me the small portions of Chicken I mean very small pieces and I'm very disappointed with the Service that I received from them

Came in at 7:50pm on a Saturday night. I waited up front infront of the register for 10 minutes, called out hello a couple times, and nobody ever came up front. I heard 2 girls talking in the back and someone doing dishes. After waiting till 8 I left and got dinner elsewhere. If that's how bad a weekend night was, I cant imagine a week day.

I placed an order online and the restaurant was locked when I got there. I had to go around to the drive thru to get my order and I also received a free bucket of chicken because i spent over 15$ when I got home none of the food was fresh the fries were cold and hard , the chicken was soggy and cold like it had been sitting out and the only thing that was good out the whole meal was the mashed potatoes and macaroni smh such a shame I mean if you tired your tired or if yall were getting ready to close I understand that but don’t sell someone food you wouldn’t dare eat yourself I’m really disappointed and I’m not use to the food being like this

Worst KFC ever. The tenders are their worst item. Dry and overcooked. I thought I had learned my lesson last time. I wont be back. Head down to Popeyes or Raising Canes just a couple minutes away for good chicken.

Just did a quick app pickup and it went fine. The food was ready and good.
Update, today's order, they forgot our dipping sauce.
I came in and ordered food. Once it was ready on the app, I went to the counter and showed them that it said ready. They said ok and then walked away, it’s now been about 10 minutes.
Overall the food is mediocre, the service is nonexistent, every single (I’m not exaggerating) table in this restaurant is dirty.

I ordered the 3pc chicken tenders from this location. I have never been so disappointed! I have never seen the chicken tenders so small!! Was not crispy like advertised. Almost not fried all the way through, I wasn’t going to even trust eating it! These chicken tenders were as small as my fingers!! I was completely ripped off! I put my trust into this location. Never again will I go to the Anoka one. The Workers need to be re-trained on how to make proper food! Take your job more seriously! Such a disappointment.

The food is good but the service sucks!! I just called there to try to get some kind of reimbursement to no avail!! I don't think think the general manager understands or maybe doesn't want to understand what it is to treat customers properly!! I explained to her that we stop there last night for a12 piece meal. They were rude immediately when we asked for x crispy they said they were out so we said ok orginal then they said they were closing in 4 minutes... then they were out of biscuits then they didn't have corn bread... so we said since you don't have that can we get some fries? They were irritated about that so then they gave us corn!! This isn't the 1st time I've had problems here but at least the other manger tired to make up for it by giving us a new bucket of chicken with all the sides!! This so called manger didn't even try to make up for this crappy treatment, service or the lack of food that we didn't receive!! I guess the customer isn't right or doesn't matter any more!!
