Had a 10/10 time here at Marcos as they always do. I ordered over the phone and they answered actually immediately and were able to help me with my coupon I couldn't get to work online, and even showed me how to work the app better when I picked up my food! They are always fresh and on time for their customers. I've seen a lot of bad reviews lately and I do believe a lot of these are user error, when you order for delivery- especially living in an apartment, you'd think you would answer your phone or even just make sure you have the right number/instructions. Also do not know what people expect when you call the store being very rude, while waiting for my food I have heard many customers give attitude or just genuine disrespect & they wonder why they don't get their food/get served again! I worked for a pizza place in my hometown and have seen many customers lie to get their way or put all the blame on the company, which I see a lot here, and they are still amazing at customer service and making things right - (as they 9/10 times get everything 100% right) & even will take fault when it is not theirs to take! Wonderful establishment & hope they don't have to deal with more rude and misunderstanding customers!!!

I'm a fan of Marcos! I've ordered delivery a lot and they have always been quick. Today was approximately 25 minutes for 2 pizzas, cheese bread and wings, the pizza was steaming when it arrived!. I do have to say I was a little let down on their buffalo sauce for the wings, the wings were cooked great but the sauce definitely fell short, could've been more flavourful and had more of a spice for being buffalo sauce. The pizzas have always been good but what really blew me away today was their cheese bread! It is easily in the top 3 of mine. The coupons I get in the mail also make it a great deal, and they have been on Upside too recently, so I just got 20% cash back on my order! Keep it up Marcos!

Pizza is good , the service is terrible. Everytime we order from this place with a set time we end up having to wait an extra 20 minutes or more from the pick up time.The employees stand in front talking the whole time we are there waiting, feeling uncomfortable as they look at us as if we are the problem.

Normally we are a fan of Marcos. We ordered 2 large pizzas for late night take out on Friday. We were the only order needing to be completed at that time (pickup for 10:25pm). The 2 employees working were in the front of the restaurant talking & as soon as one saw us pull in, he ran to go make our pizzas. He had less than 10 minutes before our order was due to be ready. Needless to say, he rushed making our pizzas. Crust was missing our requested toppers. Sauce & toppings stopped 2-3 inches from the crust. Most of the dough was pushed to the crust; the middle was paper thin & over cooked. We were quite disappointed.

This place is an unmitigated catastrophe. My experience with them was nothing short of a disaster. I ordered food for an event feeding high school students and on the first occasion, they showed an astonishing level of incompetence by arriving 45 minutes late, without so much as a courtesy call to inform me.But it gets worse. On the second attempt, they had the nerve to call and request a delay in delivery time. I tried to explain that this was impossible due to the event's strict schedule and the fact that I was dealing with high school students. They managed to arrive on time, but what they brought was an absolute horror show. Every single box looked like it had been through a war zone. The question arises: Why did I subject myself to their incompetence a second time? Both orders were placed simultaneously and well in advance of the event. It was already set.I should have cancelled and ordered Dominos after the first debacle. This place is an absolute disgrace, and if I could, I'd give them a negative rating.
