I drive thru here at least twice a week. The entire staff offers incredibly great service. Suzi is always delightful and greets customers with a smile. The grampa at the window is also very kind. It's so nice to be treated so well each and every time!

I just really wanted to compliment this location on their friendly staff! There’s one young man in particular who has worked each time I’ve come here and he is always so friendly and polite! Same with the young girl with red lipstick who also works the drive thru window with him both times I’ve been here including tonight around 5:15pm I wish I knew their names but didn’t catch a name tag. Either way very kind workers which is hard to come by these days so please give them some extra appreciation!

These idiots slapped two pieces of cheese between a bun on a triple cheese burger. Older “manager” working whatever shift is right now was rude and unhelpful. Wouldn’t give any contact information or a refund and sighed repeatedly like we were making her job harder….which she apparently couldn’t do to begin with.

Ridiculous. I had a mobile drive through order. After going through the windows they had me pull forward to wait for my food, no problem. I then waited almost 20 mins with multiple other customers going by before I shut off my car and went inside. They "forgot" about my order! No apologies or anything. They rerang my food and said it's free. I waited more. When the manager brought it over I asked if my account was credited and she said "no, but I comped it when I just rang it in" So she "comped" me by not making me pay a second time for food I didn't get the first time! Absolutely ridiculous! Terrible manager. Zero customer service.

Today I went to the McDonald's at this address and they didn't serve us, my colleagues and I were there, they only saw that we are Latinos and they ignored us, it should be noted that it was empty
I will never come back to this McDonald's, they had me waiting 40 minutes in the drive through and lost my receipt in the midst of getting my food together making me wait even longer so they could correct their mistakes. How did they lost my order before they even made it???? Very dissatisfied with the service, understaffed and not organized at all.
