Ticket said ketchup only double cheese burger with 1 patty removed. They assumed that meant uncooked grilled cheese with ketchup. I was then given attitude over the phone when I called to ask what happened.

Took 10+ minutes just to get a McChicken and was probably the most filthy McDonalds dinging area I’ve ever seen.
I got 3 hash brown a sausage egg McMuffin and a large drink and didn’t get a single one of my monopoly stickers. My hash brown were over fried

The past couple months this location has executed my weird orders flawlessly! For example, I order my daughter a cheeseburger happy meal without the burger patty (so essentially it’s a cheese sandwich), and every time this summer it’s been correct! The staff have also been very helpful in changing my order from dine in to drive through or curbside a couple of times because of my mistake or very tired kids who have to get home sooner. I’m sure they hear a lot of complaints, and I’ve had nothing but a good experience here lately!
