Food was very greasy and couldn't place an order online and or on the phone. The service wasn't good and had to place an order through a third party delivery which was way too expensive.

We used to go to another pizza chain, but got the free Summer pizza for our kid and the taste resulted in us switching. This is now our preferred Pizza Hut as far as taste, consistent quality, value for the money and it's always completed within reasonable timeframes. The gluten free crust here, tastes much better than another popular chain and doesn't have any weird taste or texture. We've never had any negative interactions with staff and our order is always accurate. This is probably the smallest pizza hut I've ever seen though, so don't expect to sit here and eat like the bigger ones from the 90s and early 2000s.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible location. They forget to put the meat in your pasta and then they want you to bring the pasta back so they can “confirm” there was no meat in the pasta and then RUDELY hang up on you when you’re not willing to bring your food back for them to pick through to “prove” there’s no meat. Well we have 4 people eating and none of us had a single piece of meat in our pasta? I asked the RUDE “manager” (who I don’t think was actually a manager) and she says I need to contact corporate, I ask for corporates info and she tells me she doesn’t have it and to Google it and hung up on me. LOL. Very unprofessional “management” at this location and they don’t care to admit when they’re wrong they just hang up on you and ignore all your calls afterwards. Do not come here. If she actually is a manager she deserves to be fired immediately. Terrible customer service, absolutely terrible.

Last three times I've put in a mobile order the estimate comes back at two or more hours, when I call they say they don't have a driver in (during peak hours). Writing this as a PSA to review your estimate otherwise you'll be sitting around waiting and by the time you go to check you'll realize the estimate is hours out. The few times I've actually gotten the food it's been good though.
Tried to order online would not come up, tried to call the first time they were going to transfer me to the store, went right back to another operator, she was going to transfer me to the store, went right back to another operator, she was going to transfer me to the store, but I just hung up. So I drove to the store they didn't have any of the offers on the app. Long story short what should it cost me $28 and tax. Ended up costing me $46 and change . Not going back!

Ordered for pickup and when I pulled up just at the time they said, it was ready. The guy at the counter was friendly and nice. I paid and grabbed my food. We got that new Cheesy Bites ranch pizza and it was delicious. Also, got an order of the cheesy bacon sticks and those were cooked perfect and loaded with cheese and bacon.
This place gets some rough reviews, but I picked up at 7:00pm on a Thursday and my order was correct, delicious, and service was great!
