Very good quality, but staff seemed a little lazy. Also felt like someone had just died and everyone was very sad looking, while being pretty dirty.
My delivery was a well done cooked pizza, which I put in a special instructions on the website, when I called to make a complaint I was basically told that I never did that and I was talk to as if I was lying. Pizza manger didn’t consider none of what was going on with my Pizza at all, they offered me a credit on my next Order, but I’m not gonna order again from them. However, my delivery driver was awesome. Communicated very well and was very nice so thank you to that driver. I am a customer who paid and I was respectful. I could’ve at least got a sorry I apologize but instead they had an excuse of why my Pizza turned out the way it did so here’s a picture you guys and you tell me what you think.

Delivery was over 30 minutes late. Called the restaurant to check on status and was hung up on. Called again and waited more than 15 minutes on hold to be told food was on its way. No apology given for order being more than 30 minutes late. Totally get having staffing issues but this wasn’t acceptable. Will never order from this location again.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Our food never delivered. Called to complain, was continually cut off, put on forever hold and hung up on. Would not let me talk to manager. Last call after 45 minutes of mostly hold, they admitted something happened, 3 hours after our initial order. I asked to cancel and credit was told to contact corporate. No food and no refund. Very smug condescending employees at Anoka. Very obvious they do not care.

The BEST service I've ever had here. I had met Corey at the front counter on my break; he was super friendly and took my order with a smile! The BEST part is, he brought my food out to me!! I'm a delivery driver as well, so I'm always on my feet. That kind action really made me feel appreciated. 10/10 will definitely come back again. Thanks Corey ???

If you are a Dasher, GrubHub, or Uber Eats driver, refuse ALL orders from this location because they steal your tips for themselves. Out of 8 or so pick-ups from this location, I never received a tip, and thanks to my last customer showing me she did tip, now I know why that is. You have drivers, let them do their jobs, and stop ripping off third-party delivery drivers.

Now for why the 3 stars. For me this is a first: I had a door dash driver driver my pizza I ordered from Pizza Hut directly. I was pretty pissed because if it was going to be delivered to me that way I would have ordered it through doordash and got no delivery fee and slightly reduced fees. I ordered it and expected it delivered by Pizza Hut. I wanted to reward and give them the tip directly. Id rather support the businesses directly rather than doordash. Going to consider ordering in the future.

So I ordered pizza on the 4th for delivery instead of there drivers they sent a doordash driver with my order who forgot my pop and then had her kid which I can understand if you can't find a sitter and her dog yes dog pizza was cool when it arrived doordash was of no help and said they were not going to do anything about it and attempts to reach out to the store have gone unproductive as they seem to not know how to answer a phone there I have tried to call them for 2 days now and sat on hold with no answer both times
