I ordered online and picked up my sandwich on my way home from work. It’s about a 15 min drive home from the restaurant, snd upon arriving home I realized that the employee didn’t put any sauce on my sandwich at all. It should have had sriracha and the cheddar cheese sauce. Instead it only had Parmesan cheese and was very dry. I unfortunately don’t have sriracha nor cheese sauce at home and threw the sandwich out after trying it with mayo. I reached out to customer service about the experience thinking maybe I could get a replacement sandwich or a refund but the franchise owner (Shannon) didn’t feel like that was necessary or was a reply to my email even. 0 out of 10, would not recommend this location. The Subway off oh Hanson and Northdale is infinitely better.

I made a order though my subway app. It was voided out but a crew member by the name of Shannon because they didn't have the bread i wanted. Been waiting a month to receive my refund and still haven't received it, so basically they stole my money and won't give it back.

Had a lady working alone who was new like only her 4th or 5th day. She was still doing her absolute best to her ability. Didn’t know how to ring up a meal of the day so it certainly cost more. Food was your typical subway food but this falls on management

AVOID!!

Quite possibly the worst subway I've ever been to.

Had to remind person who I assume was an employee what sandwich and what was on it 4 times total. Seemed like it was their first day first shift with no training.

Anyways, awful stale bread at 2:30, probably day before bread. Veggies look day old and wilted. The sauce was applied haphazardly in an artistic fashion to where it decorated the outside of the bread upon removal from the bag, which I had to request specifically...

To the gentleman working the shift around 3pm on 3/11/25 - you da mvp!

Ordered 2 sandwiches on the app and picked up. Not only did he greet us with a smile, the sandwiches were made well and were so good! We've ordered from this location before and they were just ok in the past. But HE did a great job; good amount of toppings and service with a smile! He was on top of it (working alone too, i think?), thank you for taking pride in your work!

So... My pretzel was hard as a rock not even edible ? the wraps where all wraps! Their was 3 pieces of chichen and what looks like half a slice of cheese ! This was awful . I decided to give this place a second chance and you know what I won't ever return! No one is ever their accept 1 person no managment nothing what are you guys doing I wish I could add a photo I took one !

I would have given them a ZERO if it were possible. They were not open when I went to pick up my order and it was at least 5 hours before I reached anyone. It was a hassle getting reimbursed.

closed at 3pm for some random reasion and had to wait 15 minutes for a worker to come unlock the door which I had to wait another minute after knocking on the door for them to come out and then tell me they'll cancel my order and this was after my pickup order was ready in the app which i scheuled the latest time in advance, no wonder it's the cheapest pickup order subway.
