We ordered and heard expletive come from background, made part of the order specific, heard more noise from background. Our food was tossed hard into box by the female employee who was complaining, we asked for sauce and recieved none. The male employee at the drive-thru window was great

Don’t go during the noon hour service was lacking my cantina bowl was sloshed around the large nacho fry which over $3 was half full. Anytime after 2 is way better. Plus the avocado verde that I paid extra for was not given to me.

I was so happy to be getting a taco bell 2 blocks from my place especially because it is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The location in itself is cool but the entrance and exit is annoying. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 chessy gordita crunches and went home. Well upon eating them I realized they didn't put the spicy ranch sauce on it which was very disappointing! I called to see if they still put it on them and the manager said it's supposed to but because it was the 2nd day of opening they were still training the staff on the menu items which not to be mean but should have been done prior to opening! Not in a rush to go back at least for a while until the proper training has been done.

Every time I order from this Taco Bell everything is messed up. They need better managers. I ordered Uber eats and they never even made my ice cream drink that I ordered. I called the manager talked to her she didn't even apologize. Why do you even have a manager if you can't get things right. It's been numerous times

This Taco Bell is like none other. Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. They are all super polite and appear to enjoy working for the company. This is the only Taco Bell that has ever impressed me enough to take 3 minutes of my time to leave a positive review. A++++++ everyone!

We stopped in tonight while they were understaffed- only 3 people working, and they still did a fantastic job. Our semi complicated order that a full staff at other locations can’t get right, they got correct. The girl at the window was very nice explaining they were short staffed and they had not forgotten about us :) great experience hope they get some help soon.

They forget my extra potatoes a lot and they seem to yell at each other a lot but it's taco bell and it's pretty good

Drive through was difficult order Attitude of second person on speaker Person at window hands me the wrong drink and I say its supposed to be a mt. Dew she purses her lips like I messed up and not her. Then, then hands me the drink with the lid not on so I'll spill it. After all that the fries were half empty and the chicken was dry and old. Terrible experience.

My S/O and I ordered taco bell last night and got it delivered around 11:15pm. It got delivered quick so we were happy about that, but our entire order was messed up. I got the discovery luxe box with the cheesy steak chalupas and I kid you not, both of them had two peices of meat then the rest was onion. My partner wanted to add nacho cheese to their cheesy gordita crunch, it wasn't added. I also modified my bean/rice burrito and they mixed mine up with a 5 layer and still didn't add so the correct modifications.. I'm just constantly disappointed.. I wish I could include pictures...
