Absolutely wonderful eastern European food and desert options (their Russian honey cake is to die for). Great coffee, both brewed and espresso based. Staff were more than helpful and very welcoming to those who are new to the cuisine. All in all, well worth the trip. Highly recommend.

Great authentic food from Moldova. Food is made from scratch, be aware that the service speed is more European in style than American. It is worth the wait though!

Our experience at Tasteful Delights brought us back to our childhoods with delicious homemade food and friendly staff. You absolutely have to try dumplings soup and pierogies with cherries, everything is freshly made and big portions will satisfy your hunger. They have a variety of desserts and drinks, come and try it for yourself, you won’t leave disappointed!

The restaurant can be a little difficult to find. The blinds are often closed and it is not well marked.

It's possible that they do more business in catering than in table service. They cater for a lot of weddings. The food is all home made, and as such, it's on the pricey side. Restaurant is small with a charming ambiance.

The restaurant is in an unassuming strip mall and it was empty when we walked in at 11:45 during the week. However, we loved the food! I had the very sneakies and my husband had stuffed cabbage roll and stuffed peppers. They were both excellent with fresh ingredients and delicious seasoning. Everything was so good we had to have a dessert. It was a honey cake with chocolate and maybe some coffee was in there too. It was wonderful. I really recommend this place if you're in the northern suburbs. I know we'll go again.

This place tasted like the food my grandma would make. The tea was great, the potato salad was tasty, the salmon was bland but cooked well (great with the salad it comes with), and the little peach cookies are to die for. Will have to come back to try the perogies.

The cafe/tea room is a gem.
We had a wonderful bridal shower here for 18 guests. Inna was the contact person and was very helpful in organizing. We purchased an assortment of 5 different pastries and the Honey cake. Everything tasted wonderful and professionally displayed to be served individually. The menu has a lot of variety and reasonably priced. I appreciated the taste and freshness of the salad I had. There were many positive comment about the food (pirogies, salads, soups and crepes). They had special touches with tea cups and pots, cloth napkins, fresh table flowers and the decor. The staff was very attentive, as they were also serving regular customer. The atmosphere was relaxed. We had a successful celebration.

The food was delicious, and the service was a little slow, but we felt taken care of. It's was actually nice to slow down in this fast-paced world.

I've lived in the area for awhile and didn't know this place had opened. I was a bit skeptical as to how good the food really would be but all of us thoroughly enjoyed our plates, even my 2 yr old son. I'm already planning on returning with a friend.
