First I will say their breakfast staff is great and that food was good. The reason for the 1 star is because of the night staff and food quality at night. I went there at 11 pm when they close at 12. I was informed that they close in an hour before I even ordered. Then told the Frosty machine was not available. They also said it might take a bit because they had to cook to order. 15 minutes later I get cold and old food that had so many condiments that you could barely identify that there was a burger patty there. They also overcharged me by $5 but of course they didn't give me a receipt. I might eat their breakfast again but I would avoid this place like the plague for dinner service.

On August 14, 2025, I stopped at the drive-thru to order a salad at about 8PM. The drive-thru attendant was delightful! He was so friendly and we chatted about the upcoming MN State Fair while I waited for my salad. I wish I knew his name to mention it here because it was so refreshing to be serviced by such an out going, friendly employee. Hang onto him! And the salad was delicious.

Probably the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I'm sure the lady working the drive-thru during the day is doing the best she can, but every order involving her has been wrong. I would think you would want somebody working that window to have somewhat of a command of the English language. Yeah, I went there! Seems to be common sense that you would want to offer good customer service and at least get the orders right!

Service was good but all the fries were stale, I had to wait at the window for about 5 minutes for them to not tell me they left something out of my order due to not having it available. I had to ask for something to replace it. I would like coorprate to call me and I want a refund. It shouldn't taste stale for having to wait and get stale food while paying 30 bucks plus.

We stopped in for lunch and were greeted by Felicia at the counter. Felicia is super friendly and, when asked, made a flavor suggestion for trying the Frosty Cream Cold Brew. The caramel is delicious as suggested, and it will be my go-to drink. Thank you, Felicia.

The CIA needs to keep tabs on these security risks, so the fast food chain was named Wendy's. The red hair maiden is to remind those who are careless of the nightmare locked in the caverns of the Wendy's establishment.

While eating here with my children it was visibly dirty with crumbs everywhere on the floor and tables. Someone then walked in and said to who I believe to be the manager that they are sober and need money. The manager presides to give this person money. They person walked over to the gas station and comes back with 2 vapes that an employee and him go out and start smoking right by the doors to the building. The manager then goes out there and joins them. This person also was in the back where they make the food. Who knows if this person is an employee or not. Just a very unsettling encounter.

Terrible service. Got drive thru last week and they got my order wrong but didn't find out till I was back at work. Following week I went through drive thru and corrected the person taking my order multiple times, checked before leaving and my burgers were still wrong (only wanted lettuce and mayo, pretty easy), while they fixed my burgers I checked my nuggets and they shorted me, they took them back and had me wait because new ones needed to be made, obviously knew they shorted me then.... and obviously didn't learn my lesson because I didn't check the nuggets before heading back to work and they gave me back plain when I ordered spicy. Tried to call multiple times but nobody ever answers their phone. Ridiculous.

It was horrible I explained to the "Manager guy" I have gotten sick from eating at your restaurant takeout around 4pm he rudely hung up on me twice the second time after they seem to be cussing in another Language at each other, very rude told me to just call the health inspector well I called corporate too! They could also only have one person working when i stopped in there as well.
Noone should have to suffer with how sick I been glued to the bed all day vomiting and diaherria I can't keep any food in my stomach so terrible I wish this on NOONE!

The food tastes pretty good but obviously it's really unhealthy and probably sits in the warmer for hours. The frosty, fries, and the Baconater hits differently but you should probably get this once a month MAYBE.
