Place has a great location in Anoka. Food and drinks were pretty solid. Staff was great. You should know from the name, but the inside is very country so if it's your jam it's your jam. Overall, lively place with good food and drinks without being expensive.
Inside was pretty empty, but they also had the patio open and looked like most people chose to sit outside (it's finally nice out). I had a burger, and it was cooked medium well and had some seasoning on it, better than what it was expecting. The worst part was the sweet pickles. Yuck.

Popped in to Wheelhouse this morning as a hold-over until lunch while out and about downtown. Got a few ala carte breakfast items: breakfast potatoes are DELICIOUS (seasoned well, crispy on the outside but not overcooked or fried out), French toast sticks are similarly very well prepared for a simple, kid-friendly choice and they’re dusted with powdered sugar which was nice, and you can’t really go wrong with a grilled ham slice to round it out.
