Despite this being a very busy Applebees the staff is always super nice and willing to help. Always attending to the customers In a timely manner. Vicky is always around asking if everything is okay and supporting her staff!

The GM Katie was working and took the time to congratulate and chat amongst our table when we were celebrating an occasion. It made the atmosphere even warmer and intimate for our celebration.

Had the best burger I'vehad in a long time. The manager, Katie, stopped by our table and checked to see how we were doing. It's always great when a manager stops by to see if you're enjoying their restaurant. Says they care about how they're doing. Great job, Apple Valley Applebee's! We'll be back!

I cannot tell you how amazing my service was tonight. Everything was clean, friendly, atmosphere was comfortable and fun. Absolutely made my night. I was struggling to choose what to order (I have gluten sensitivities) and the manager Katie took time out to come to the table and list multiple options for me to select from with her own knowledge and insight on which will be best for me. To say I was impressed is an understatement. 10/10 will be back for my next girls night!

As usual, the service here is good, and the food was great this time around... This location usually does have great, consistent food quality. My only gripe is they serve Pepsi products.... (some people probably like that... but for me it's a huge negative...(queue the violins))

We came in on a busy night to get drinks and apps with friends and we weren’t sure if it would be difficult to get a table but Katie the manager came over and accommodated us almost right away. The service was great and the food was fresh. Katie continued to check on us throughout the night and our drinks were never empty. This was probably one of the best Applebee’s I’ve ever been to. Clean and great vibes.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at your Apple Valley, Minnesota location. I recently visited the restaurant and encountered an issue with my meal. However, I was incredibly impressed with how the situation was handled, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by the manager, Katie.

From the moment I raised my concern, Katie took swift action to address the issue and ensure that I was satisfied. She listened attentively, showed genuine care, and resolved the matter in a way that exceeded my expectations. It's rare to see such dedication to customer satisfaction, and Katie truly went above and beyond to make sure my experience turned positive.

Thank you to Katie and the rest of the staff for making my visit a great one despite the initial setback. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future and recommend it to others in the area.
