This location is genuinely the worst one I have ever been too. Every single time I go, they take a very long time getting the food out and there aren’t even many cars when this happens, 2-5 most. I just recently went and I was the only person who went through the drive through, a couples cars came after me and they had me pull up to the second window to wait. As I was waiting, they managed to finish serving and handing out the food to three of the cars that came after me. I will mention they were nice about it after apologizing for the wait and actually gave me an extra drink as they forgot they already gave one to me, it’s just the fact that there wait time is always extremely long and this time was ridiculous.

Came there for lunch, the curly fries I got I think we're the scrapings from the bottom of the fryers tiny little pics of cold fries. The sandwich was cold in the middle like they just warmed it up. Was very disappointed. The drink was 80 percent ice and even then wasn't filled up. I used to like Arby's food but this has been the quality the last two times I went here. I won't be going back.

I came in to restaurant about 45 minutes prior to closing. Staff was doing cleanups for closing but were still willing to fulfill my order. (I decided to take it to go instead of dining in. My choice.)
I went in about 3:30 this afternoon started to give order than had to stop. Started again than had to stop. It was at least 5 stops because he was trying to do drive thru and myself. I'm standing right in front of you I expect all of your attention. It was inneficent. Plenty of people standing around. He said I can do 2 things at once. I said no you can not. You've had to keep stop taking my order. And after I got my stuff saw him try to have a cigarette which is fine 5 seconds later he had to come back in. Again I saw entry of employees probably want to learn to do more stuff. I don't think he gives them the chance to learn. my order

Literally, there is only one decent food at Arbys that: doesn't have gristle, doesn't have a 100% indigestion rate, tastes good, and isn't overpriced.
This one item is their potato cakes.
I loved them years ago, and after they stopped making them, the few times I ventured to Arby's, always ended in complete and utter regret. I was unbelievably excited when these came back out, and I actually started buying again, because there was ONE decent food.
Just came to find out, that they quit, AGAIN....
If the demand was so high that they were brought back years later, why did y'all get rid of them so quickly.
Goodbye Arby's! You're now on the long list of other crappy fast food joints, I will never return to.
