Moved to apple valley in February 2019. I have been here 3 times since then. I have yet to get a complete order in the drive thru, and I have yet to get any sauce with any of my three orders. Also the drive thru takes forever. Just go to Cane's next door. The line might look long, but it will take about the same amount of time.

The cashier was very friendly and professional. But no root beer float because they were cleaning the ice cream machine?! Shouldn't you clean that before you open?also, there weren't any napkins in my bag from the drive-thru.☹

9:00 wendsday 19th kids running the place unattended.... I ordered a papa burger paid 5 bucks waitited until 9:39 for my food.... 40 minutes and when my 5 dollar burger came it only came with one patty.... I was told that's how it comes... It appears this location enjoys ripping off the customer.... I just wanted a decent burger.....

I love this A&W/KFC business, I generally combine items from each menu Everytime I order and I'm always happy with the outcome. The staff is polite and fairly quick in food prep. Every time I order a root beer freeze they have upgraded it to a large at no extra cost. I will definitely visit here more in the future.

The store is filthy. The wait for food is long. Nothing fast about this fast food. The food is cold/over cooked/not great. Pretty disappointed with this place. Tried to give it another chance but i'm done with this location.

I just ordered a double bacon cheeseburger meal at this restaurant and took it back to my office to discover what can only be described as one of the worst food experiences of my life. The fries were so salty and greasy that I couldn't even choke them down, and that's not the worst of it. The burger had so much lettuce on it I could have made a salad, and the meat was so overcooked it was literally crunchy and black. Disgusting.
One of the better options for food at the mall. Especially if you're kids are into the burger and hotdog phase and you don't want to go elsewhere for something to eat for you.

Food was not fresh. The restrooms were filthy, as was the restaurant inside. The staff did not pay attention to the customers, and the A&W drink was not working. I might go back to see if things had changed. And if not, I will be giving it the lowest review. But if things are better. I will give them a better review.
