Carol Baskin-robins ice cream is so good, but gives me mud butt every time.

We just left from baskin apple valley had ordered 4 shakes each time we were telling him our order the guy was visibly pissed at us he was showing face and frowning upon us each time we told him our order . We felt humiliated and insulted . We are taking this as a racist attack coz of our brown skin

I stopped in this location Saturday evening, August 12, 2023 at around 6:30 pm. The noteworthy highlight was the team of 3 young men, hustling, cleaning and serving customers. This trio was high-energy, friendly, courteous, and engagingly/appropriately funny. Plus, their teamwork was impressive. Without doubt, the highlight of my unplanned stop while visiting the area on a Saturday evening.

The Jamocha was surprisingly very good! Coffee flavored ice cream with fudge and almonds - very nice combination. Store was clean and the 2 guys working were friendly and staying busy! Great visit. ?

Price way too high, Service subpar, and the place smelled. Cone tasted fine, but i will not be returning unfortunately

They where out of half the things we asked for. There was one person in front of us and we still waited about 20 minutes for our two item order.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience. The workers were kind, and got my order perfect. Area was clean.

More than once I have gone there and they haven't had chocolate, hot fudge or chocolate ice cream. It would be nice if they could put a sign out at the drive through letting customers know.

Wish I could do 0 stars. Went through drive thru and started off asking for a waffle cone of Pink Bubble Gum ice cream to start. Was told they had no waffle cones and no pink bubble gum ice cream. Scratched that. Asked for a large Reese’s peanut butter milk shake, like I had gotten just a few days ago in West St. Paul, which was excellent, had whip cream the whole nine yards. In Apple Valley BR, for $9.63, the girl handed me a cup of white milk with some Reese’s crumbs floating around the bottom of the cup. Literally milk with Reese’s flavoring. Went back in to the store and asked for it to be re-made, like the picture in the display with some texture to it. The girl supposedly retried to make and fed me a line that it’s going to be like that because the ice cream is soft. I asked for a refund because I wasn’t drinking that mess, and all 3 girls there just looked at each other speechless like I asked them to create fire. I finally said I’ll leave, I got no refund, and said I’m not drinking that and threw it in the garbage. Absolutely horrendous service and knowledge of what a milkshake should look and taste like. Spare yourself the headache and just go across the street to DQ where I’ve gone for years but my wife wanted pink bubble gum ice cream, a BR staple, and they didn’t even have it. I could have burned my $10 bill and got the same result. Not again.

If it was possible to give no stars, I would it. I arrived at the Baskin-Robbins 10 min before closing. I sat at the drive thru speakers for 3 mins without any responses to my request to order. Drove to the drive thru window where I could see two employees talking and cashing out the registers. They opened the window to tell me they closed early to count the till. During these rough times where supply/demand are struggles customer service is extremely important. Simple suggestion; stay open until your published closing time. I left my warm home to treat my family to some ice cream...arrived back at home empty handed. Wasted Trip....will go to Coldstone next time.Loyal customer deprived of two scoops

We waited at tge drive thru and their was a vehicle in front of us, that vehicle was not being waited on i asked my husband to leave. He drove to the window instead i ordered a 2 scoop chocolate chip cup received a one scoop chocolate chip cookie dough not happy at all. Employee stated she had just had a very rude customer and didn't know we were waiting. With all the negative reviews i can't say I'll be back. I don't usually do reviews as i work in retail but their lack of carring left me feeling unwelcomed.

The ice cream is rich and delicious. The servers are always nice.
