I love their breakfast bagels

So it had been 15 years since my last visit. I waited in a line of 3 people. The staff was so busy helping complete outside delivery orders than they were the actual customers standing right in front of them. My turn came 8 min later. I just couldn’t part with my money for a business that doesn’t value a customer right in front of them. Disgusting

I come to this location a lot and get amazing service. Allie and Ethan will great me by name and get my order going the second I walk through the door. My sandwich is made The same delicious way every time. Couldn't ask for more from this place!! Highly recommend

We wanted Brueggers for an easy Mother’s Day breakfast. This was the 2nd store we went to as the first was out of almost every bagel and the vibes there were…let’s just say off 😬. And while this store was just as busy, they had almost all the bagels with one exception (and quickly made it right), the atmosphere was great, and the service quick. Becky and Ali (sp?) were amazing and so friendly even while they were slammed with orders - thank you both for a great experience!!!

Saturday morning at 9:30- all the workers were working their butts off to get orders completed. Was the wait time a little long, yes, but nothing they couldn’t help. Everyone was working hard at their jobs. If you’re in a rush, go earlier or expect a slight wait. Food is always delicious and worth waiting for

I love Brueggers bagels and will continue going to other locations but the manager at this location is rude and disrespectful.

After waiting 35 minutes for my order the manger yelled at me because my order had slit additions such as add jalapeños and no meat on one sandwich which was for a vegetarian.

When my order was taken/paid for there was no issue from the worker taking it. And having me paying extra for these alterations.

But the manager took the time to lecture/yell at me when giving me my food!

the food is so good, it’s one of my favorite places to come for breakfast. not only this, but the workers are so nice, especially this guy with curly hair, glasses, and a nose piercing; he remembered my order somehow, and he never fails to make me feel welcomed. would definitely recommend this place for both the food and service :)

I went in on a Saturday
to get my online order, it was busy, it took about 20 plus minutes for 2 bagels w cream cheese & coffee. Apparently they needed to make more of the kind I ordered & while waiting icoffee and I went to the coffee area and every single pit was almost empty and cold... Waitedf

Why are you buying nasty bagels from the grocery store? These are delicious

I have visited this location for years andd it has always been my benchmark for bagels. That changed with my most recent visit (Oct 2024). Great service, good environment, mediocre mushy tiny bagels.

The home of burnt eggs. 🤢 This place used to be so good. :( But after many years of being good, the eggs are now ALWAYS badly burned -- brown and crispy. I've given them time and waited and tried again, but it's been a long time, and I think someone in charge there just insists on the eggs being WAY too overcooked, and it's absolutely disgusting. It sucks that I lost my favorite breakfast place, but I've had too many sandwiches lately that I should have just thrown away instead of forcing myself to eat them.
