Loved the deli style showcase at the front. Easy to order menu. Guys, I'm not big on sweets but I did end up getting a few items to try and they were all delicious.
I went on day 2 of opening weekend so it was very busy. My husband and I had the chance to speak to the owner. He is very nice. Def felt like going to my uncle's shop.
We purchased a ham and cheese croissant, only regret was not getting a dozen cause it was amazing. Also got the traditional banh mi, that was amazing as well, had that homemade Vietnamese head cheese (also called giò thủ) a long with all the fresh pickled veggies, pate, mayo and soft bread, lightly toasted. Love that stuff. Wish I took pictures of everything but I didn't have time as I was busy stuffing my face.
I will def be going again. Just thinking of a day my hubby and I can return and see what else new they have.

What a DELIGHTFUL surprise!! Get there early because they are selling out but worth it!! Yummy croissants, yummy frasier, yummy croissant loaf. All so good we forgot to take pics! It was clean, efficient and a place we have longed for in south metro and will go back THIS WEEK!

It’s terrible, we waited 50 minutes in line, ordered only 2 cakes and tea and waited another 20 minutes, despite the fact that when we ordered the cakes were ready on the display case. The cakes were not tasty.

This bakery is fabulous! The pastries and French bread are as good as any I’ve had in France. I highly recommend it! 🇫🇷🥐
This was by far the closest we’ve come to having the French Patisserie experience that we loved in France.
The croissants are perfect and don’t need the butter and jam, but perfect for it.
The owner stepped out into the searing area and chatted for a bit. What a joy! You can tell he loves to bake and provide a not seen in the suburbs experience.
Apple Valley, we need to continue to support this business!

Pretty solid for a Cafe. Considering how new it is, its about expected that they run out of inventory from time to time. I'm sure they'll get the production for demand correct as they get more exposure. My fiancé and I luckily got there around 10 AM and there was still plenty to go around.
Food: Tasted fresh. The chocolate croissant was light and flaky. I think I'd have to go for the double chocolate next time. The mangonada was ok. I think they could use less tajin. It definitely packs a punch. Maybe half of the amount they're adding might be better. It overwhelmed the mango flavor. The mango mouss and lemon meringue mouss were both exceptional. My fiancé got a baguette for herself. She ate all of it by the time 12 PM rolled around.
Service: nice service in general. I had no problem.
Atmospher: I liked the interior art and everything was kept nice and clean. Definitely for small dates and brief meetings. Perhaps they could add additional seating outdoors. I think that might feel even better.

What kind of restaurant that open at 7 o’clock and close at 3 PM people work until 5 o’clock you should be open until nine like Patrick’s
The desserts tasted great, and the prices are decent. This new location looks promising.

Stopped by today for the first time around 12:30. They were out of some items, but after tasting the butter croissant I know why. It was delicious. We also had the chocolate croissant and a blueberry danish. We were delighted by all three. My partner and I agreed that the butter croissant was the best we've had in MN, probably the best we've had in the Midwest. I found the staff to be friendly and considerate. We will certainly be back again. I really want to try the Quiche Lorraine!
The only small suggestion I would make, and it isn't a large enough issue for my experience to not be five stars, the line for ordering is a bit confusing. I may have cut in front of a young family completely unintentionally. To them, mea culpa.

The food was delicious. The pastries were so tasty! We got the double chocolate croissant, the regular croissant, the creme brulee, the opera cake, the double mousse cake, white chocolate raspberry cake, and the pan bagnat with tuna. The opera cake was amazing. So were the croissants and the pan bagnat. The creme brulee is probably the best I've ever had. Next time we will try the eclairs and other delights. Definitely recommend the place!

Any one star review is just a bitter person. This is a new place and of course they’ll be sold out of items throughout the day as everyone rightfully wants to try a new spot. Good food, good service, great coffee and tasty tea. Definitely a must try!

It blows my mind that these entitled reviewers gave a 1 star reviews because a business had a successful grand opening and sold out. That’s what happens when lines are OUT THE DOOR. Given how busy they were they did an amazing job, and I’m so happy to have them in the neighborhood. Amazing pastries and amazing staff, look forward to visiting regularly! Their Bubble tea is great, and the banana chocolate croissant is by far the best pastry I’ve ever had. Please ignore the 1 stars for the single player mindset folks and check this place out, you will not be disappointed.
Quaint little cafe with a small seating area. The croissants are amazing here.
