After several visits, I can say with confidence that you should RUN (don’t walk or you’ll miss out) to this French-style bakery - and then keep coming back. Apple Valley needed this classy, delicious establishment and it scores on all counts - delectable pastries, coffee bar, and a cozy, classy atmosphere.
