Popular here, it is a very nice store with the layout and design. Modern, clean, and makes it feel airy and bright with all the windows and (fake) plants. Outlets below the booth seat is a plus. Team Caribou!

On Wednesday, July 30th at 1:05 PM, I ordered an Iced Berry White Mocha from this Caribou Coffee location through the drive-thru. I was the only vehicle in line, driving a black SUV. Upon receiving my drink, I discovered spit inside of it—something I was able to confirm after inspecting the contents. I am Somali, Black, and Muslim, and I am left horrified, deeply disturbed, and physically ill as a result of what I strongly believe was a targeted hate crime. Let me be clear: someone intentionally spit in my drink. This wasn’t a mistake or a quality issue—this was deliberate, vile, and personal. The fact that an employee felt emboldened enough to do this suggests there are no cameras monitoring the drink prep area and that management has failed to implement basic protections for customers. If your staff is capable of such a disgusting, biohazardous act, then they are clearly not being supervised. Shortly after, I became violently ill, to the point that I required hospital care and was tested for potential infectious exposure. I am still awaiting results. I cannot understate the level of fear, disgust, and rage this has caused. This wasn’t just a personal attack—it was a threat to my health and safety. There is absolutely no justification for this behavior. The employee responsible should be immediately terminated, and if they are not, it sends a loud and dangerous message: that Caribou allows hate, biohazards, and racial targeting to exist behind the counter. To all Black, Somali, Muslim, and POC individuals: I urge you—do not go to this location. In fact, any patron of any background should think twice before trusting their health and safety to a business that employs individuals capable of committing such a repulsive act. It's not worth jeopardizing your health. If it happened to me, it can happen to you!

Went to this Caribou this morning and was absolutely disgusted to find that someone had SPIT in my drink. I spit it out immediately and confirmed it wasn’t a mistake—an employee spit in it. This is vile, dangerous, and borderline criminal. Caribou needs to take this seriously—legal action is absolutely on the table. If their disgruntled employees at this location aren’t fired, it shows Caribou is fine with staff assaulting customers over petty reasons—no tip, the wrong mood, the wrong persuasion? This is deeply disturbing. I’m seriously warning anyone reading this to stop going here and spread the word, because this is not only disgusting—it’s a major health risk. Caribou is taking money from customers while running a public health risk to the community Check the cameras and terminate all staff here.

I love this Caribou. It’s bright inside and I also like the outside option. The drive thru is easy to navigate compared to lots of other coffee places and the staff is always friendly. By far my favorite Caribou.

Waiting for your drink at Drive Thru is a terrible experience because a delay of more than 15 minutes is not normal and not worth it, especially during rush hour, because the quality of the drink at that time is terrible. My drink was half empty, and I told the employee, and he said that half of it was some kind of white cream, I don't know what it's called, but the point is that it's a terrible experience, and I don't understand why I should drink a small drink when I ordered a large one.

I came to this Caribue in the morning and made a quick decision, which was the only one I could make. I placed my order and waited 30 minutes for one drink. It wasn't very busy, it just took a long time, and there weren't that many people. Instead of making my drink, employee Graham was telling his coworkers about how much fun he had with his manager. When I asked him to stop and make my drink, I received a rude refusal and strange looks from the employees.

I really like to drink coffee and every morning I learned how to buy coffee in the Caribbean and good service made my mood good, but one situation changed everything.
Once, I decided to order coffee, and I waited and waited and waited, and then I went up myself and asked them to pour me coffee, and only after that did they start doing something that took literally a minute. Angry, I left the coffee shop and got into my car. My coffee tasted very strange, it had a strange aftertaste and seemed to contain a lot of chemicals. But I didn't think much of it because they always change the type of coffee, and it can taste slightly different. Later that night, I started to feel sick and had to go to the hospital. At the hospital, they found problems with my stomach and digestion. According to the doctors, it was some kind of chemical (I don't know what kind).
A couple of weeks later, my family and I went to visit someone, and I met one of the employees who served coffee at that Caribou café. Later that night, when the conversation turned to my poisoning, this employee recognized me and told me that they had accidentally served me coffee with a dishwashing detergent in it. But when they realized what had happened, the employees told the manager, and the manager found my name because he saw the order and my phone number on the bill, but decided not to contact me and not to say anything to me. I was very upset and do not recommend going there. The staff is terrible, and I do not recommend this café.

I placed an ordered ahead 15 min before arriving to allow for ample time since it’s Easter and I figured they would be busy. I walked in and found 2 employees sitting on the counter playing on their cell phones. I asked about my order ahead and they said it’s coming. I let them know if they want to sit on the counter and play on their cell phones and not work they could always find new jobs that would allow such behavior. The young person with the white hair then decided they could then spend 3 min to get off the counter to throw 2 drinks together. I will never understand why work in a customer service role, demand tips and not do anything. Disappointing to say the least
