Been trying to go here through drive thru for nearly a year, but all staff are way more concerned about shoving the tip request (and don’t think it’s optional, it’s a request, some have actually right out said it) in your face before service is complete (Starbucks does this the right way, tip after). I think after months and months of orders, it’s been correct 2-3x if I’m generous. There’s always something wrong or missing, then some staff give attitude asking for the corrections, even when I’ve already tipped 20-30%. I’m definitely about ensuring service workers are tipped, if they’re not rude, incompetent, and/or demanding. Even then, I’ve always done 15%. It’s infuriating to watch people not get tipped who do great work or even just the work with a non-rude, entitled attitude. My boss wouldn’t pay a bonus at the front end of the year before seeing my work quality and attitude. I think it’s time to take my business elsewhere, especially after one reviewer had their items spat in by staff. It would’ve been one star of Caribous quality wasn’t good.

I went through the drive through on Saturday the 22 around 9am and got a ho ho mint mocha ( may i say it was AMAZING ) the store is beautiful and i will add the young woman at the drive through window was SUPER SWEET ! It made my day

Switch to even a smaller cream cheese. The cream cheese that you had before this was already small and barely enough. Now it’s so small that I don’t even taste it. It’s like just eating a bagel plain. Price should come down if this is the size you are going to continue to have. Or you should throw two in there or at least ask. Companies try to cut corners and do the bare minimal. I know that this is not the decision of the staff. But seriously, one is enough for one bagel. Wish I could show a picture.

After waiting 39 minutes for my sandwich and a simple cup of plain coffee the guy tossed the bag at me at the counter. Def not driving all the way to this coffee shop from Texas.

The guy at the counter had no clue what he was doing and my coffee was awful. It sucks to pay $8 for it to turn out horrible.

The young man who was at the drive up pickup never said a word, as far as I know he might have been mute. No hello, no thank you, nothing!

Ordered a coffee on-line and picked up instore. Waited a few seconds as they were a little busy, but that was no problem. Got my order (which was correct) and I was on my way.

First, I met this Caribou and I really liked it, especially the drink that I got. It was very delicious compared to when I've got the same drink and other cariboos this one was right on point
