Had a question regarding a beverage that I wanted hot? Staff at window said it most certainly was and I could not be happier!

I placed an ordered ahead 15 min before arriving to allow for ample time since it’s Easter and I figured they would be busy. I walked in and found 2 employees sitting on the counter playing on their cell phones. I asked about my order ahead and they said it’s coming. I let them know if they want to sit on the counter and play on their cell phones and not work they could always find new jobs that would allow such behavior. The young person with the white hair then decided they could then spend 3 min to get off the counter to throw 2 drinks together. I will never understand why work in a customer service role, demand tips and not do anything. Disappointing to say the least

If only staff could interact with customers, if only!!!
Also, why should I single myself out bringing issues to your attention when you manager/owner should notice and train your staff to interact etc with customers! Good day!

The people here are so nice! Hands down one of my favorite locations, they’re smiling and happy to be there. Great sense of humor and all around good people.

First I’ve got to say the employees were very nice. But while I was there whoever I’m charge was barking at them that they needed this drink and that drink “now” and just stressing them out and honestly it shows. I got my drink very fast but it was probably the worst campfire mocha I’ve ever had. It tastes like a cup of dirt. Didn’t taste any chocolate or marshmallow. Listen, it’s 10:30 on a Saturday, it’s not going to help anyone stressing them out more. You need to let them do their jobs and make drinks properly. I actually went up to the caribou before getting in cedar to remake this drink. It was awful. Lighten up on your staff. Happy employees makes good coffee not fast ones. I’m sorry for you guys and I hope they go easier on you. I hope I get a response that management will be spoken to about the behavior I experienced. Poor kids.bits not their fault. You just can’t do a good job rushed.
