They put my drink out on the counter without a label and without announcing what drink it was. Waited 5 minutes before I finally asked what drink it was. I also witnessed employee texting behind the bar. Annoying to see that when there people waiting for their orders.

I'm beginning to see a disturbing trends with multiple Caribou locations with latte drinks ordered ahead that sit for 5+ min the foam shrinks and the coffee portion measures just at 1/2 cup. Anyone else seeing this shorting trend? Be aware.
I used Caribou app service, order was quick and correct. Clean pleasant atmosphere

in from AZ visiting family and tried the Peach Fruit Shaker -- YUM (peach is my favorite flavor)!!!
we don't have Caribou in AZ -- have to settle for a Strawberry Pink Drink from Sbx🙃

place was a mess. coffee beans everywhere; floor ,counters; ice spilled and dripping onto floor behind counter, people with grumpy faces. Pick up counter not wiped down after spills. Only place clean was customer's seating area.
