The service and cleanliness are not a problem. I have been eating here at least twice a month since January 2024. The last 7-8 months my order has been wrong more times than not (store does correct when I do report). My order today had my name and order on the ticket but the contents inside the bag were completely different. I didn't bother to report this time so this will be my last time visiting this location.

Okay, I may sound dramatic in this post haha but I genuinely think this is the greatest fast food restaurant of all time. Not Chick-fil-a as a company but the Apple Valley location specifically. I was a Chick-fil-a red member last year missed it by like 20 points at the beginning of this year (don’t worry I’ll be back;) ) but that’s besides the point, I’ve spent plenty of money here and not once have they messed up an order, always made with the exact same quality. Not only is the food amazing but the staff is beyond anything you’d expect from a chain restaurant let alone a fast food place! I’ve worked in the service industry for a long time in many different roles and to have employees that are this put together and excited to show up with a smile on their face is just mind blowing to me. Ryan Blanch, Restaurant Operator ( sorry if I butcher the spelling) has this place down to a science and if Chick-fil-a had a best restaurant award I’d nominate you guys. Anyways I know this sounds very over the top for a review but the effort deserves to be recognized! P.S. thanks for doing curbside guys even though it’s freezing out I’m sorry.

No other fast-food restaurants come even close to Chick-fil-a! I've been in this place so many time and they always exceeded my expectations!
I ordered a cool grilled chicken wrap with no sauce, and it came just as I ordered and was delicious! It was ready very fast after I ordered it on the mobile app. Staff member was very friendly and asked if I wanted a packet of sauce.

Last 2 take-out orders in a row we did not get sauces. I didn’t call the first time, but the second time with an order for 4 people with each ordering sauces, we received zero. I called this time, expecting the famous chick-fil-a customer service to make up for it. The only thing they gave me was an apology because they are a “free” item. Unacceptable. I will pass on Chick-fil-a in the future.
