Laughably slow service
Knowingly charged me for stuff twice and got annoyed when I asked them to fix it. - I went through drive through and they have one of the really annoying mobile Oder lines ( cuz people are to lazy to just show up and so they rather make us all wait 20 minuets cuz we didn’t download there dumb app on a side note) and I accidentally went through that and didn’t have mobile order so my fault for being dumb. Then sat there for like 10 minutes waiting then they asked can I help you, like yes I’m an idiot who went to the wrong side but really make me wait 10 minutes with people behind me and the other person standing outside just watched me and did nothing so then I finally ordered. Thus far this was mostly my fault until and then I get to the window and he says just a coke and I said yes assuming he meant that’s the only drink I had which it was. Then he charges me and gives me my card back and walks away. He only charged me for a coke and didn’t give me the food I ordered. So I wait and he finally reopens the window and I say I had food so he finds the food and I give him my card again so he can charge me for it. While I’m sitting there I can see the screen and he was messing with it and obviously couldn’t figure out how to remove the charge for the drink he already charged me and played with it awhile. Finally he takes the receipt and stuffs it at the bottom of my food bag and then hands it to me and my card. I noticed All this odd behavior and stuff so I checked the receipt and he charged me for it. So I sat there and he walked away then came back and I said you charged me twice and he knew he did cuz I saw him trying to figure it out but couldn’t so he just charged me twice. So when I told him he charged me twice he never even looked at the receipt cuz he knew he did it and made an annoyed noise with me like this was my fault. Then he spent awhile being visible annoyed and finally just handed me my card back with the charge back for the drink and said nothing at all. I don’t really care much over the 3$ it doesn’t matter it’s the fact the guy charged me twice knew it and tried to hide it then got annoyed with me when I wasn’t ever rude with him or anything. Glad to see this place is right in line with all the crappy other fast food places I avoid and can add it to my list of places never to go to or at least just this location.

12/2/2025 I ordered the same thing as I ordered yesterday. Regular Chick-fil-A sandwich and a bowl of chicken tortilla. Today was so much better. The sandwich was perfectly cooked not overdone the soup was hot and tasted like it was supposed to. On December 1 chicken was overcooked and the soup was cold and it did not have much spice flavor.

Twas a dark and rainy night. Cashiers were out taking back up orders to help ease the steady flow of customers in the drive thru and we were lucky enough to get Courtney. She actually had a hand menu to appease my wife and son! Amazing. Love that she was so prepared for those people like my family.

Chicken was much smaller here than other locations I’ve been to in the Twin Cities.
Hate the way they do the drive thru. Sorry I haven't memorized your menu. if you come up to my window you better have it in hand or imma keep driving also you have a menu and speaker system you dont use. The shrink-flation is so bad here and they don't even use the good chicken they used 2 years ago. Maybe my sandwich wouldn't be 3 more dollars if you didnt have 12 people taking orders and 3 people in the kitchen. Ridiculous honestly

I’ve never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A but I’ve also never been to this location. Our order was missing two things and we got the wrong salad. It took me a while to get someone’s attention even though there was about 15 employees behind the counter. Then I had to order two more chicken strips for my son and waited 15 mins before going back up to ask where they were. We also had to wipe down our own tables. Definitely service I would expect elsewhere but not Chick-fil-A!
