I was just at this location. Worst service I have ever had at a Chipotle.

This location has had some of the worst portions I have seen at a Chipotle recently, some serious skimping.

Very quick, efficient and kind. Always a good experience when we go in.

Staff is not professional. I told the lady I will buy a veggie bowl. I asked her to put both white and black rice and beans but she ignored. Multiple times. Lastly, I wanted a veggie bowl but I found a meat piece in my meal. Yuck!!!!!

Awful location. Slow service, unfriendly staff, food is not great. Put an order to be at a certain time and it isn't ready until 10 minutes after the time. Food is always soupy and the meat is very gritty. Go to any other location in the area they're all better if you want chipotle

I've been to this location about 6 times. Whenever doing an online order for pickup I find the order is always late. I had one occasion where my food wasn't available for half an hour after the pickup time.

I have always been very happy with the quality of the food when I get it. The orders have always been correct and the portions they provide have been good.

I've never experienced such pathetic service portions sizes and professionalism from any fast food or dine in restaurant in my life. These people hate their jobs and they make it clear.

Arguably the worst fast food experience I've had across the entire South Metro on a consistent basis, both dining in and ordering online. This franchise owner should have their rights to conduct business under the Chipotle name revoked, for their failure across management hiring, disorderly and unstocked storefront, and unqualified and unkind staffing. I literally cannot speak to a single positive experience I've had at this location. I am officially going to start spending the extra gas to visit Rosemont or Burnsville, if I even dare to trust Chipotle again. Most of my business will now be going to Super Taco 2, just down the road.

This Chipotle location is severely underrated.

This used to be such a busy location. Last couple times I walk right in, no line and it's clear why. They give you next to no meat. They couldn't have pinched a smaller amount of carnitas, and when I said something, another tiny pinch. It was comical how intentional he was grabbing as little as possible. It wasn't until I ordered double meat I finally got a normal amount of meat but got charged like $15. You won this time Chipotle. It gets worse every time over the last 6 months and that is after Chipotles fake apology over this very issue. I have no problem never eating chipotle ever again, and seems based on the non existent noon rush hour, so can a lot of people. Their stock is wildly over priced. Stock tip, short it.

Edit,: Just got home and they must have put my bowl in a bag with a wet bottom because the bottom of the bag fell out and my burrito splattered all over the ground. Cool! Maybe I will have another edit when it tastes bad. I see their bot has already said a sorry to hear that within 5 seconds of posting to show they fake care

I would avoid ordering ahead for pickup here, there is a high chance of the order being wrong.
Last time I tried, for example, ordered a barbacoa bowl and received a bowl with no meat at all and fajita veggies in its place. Not the first time a pickup order has been completely wrong here. The food is otherwise fine, but we'll avoid this location from now on unless ordering in person.

Update: Was offered a free makeup meal, which of course was also wrong (received brisket in a bowl instead of sofritas). So downgrading review again. App will not offer a second makeup meal lol

Last 2x I came here rice is under cooked meat was over cooked and under seasoned and peppers and onions were still raw👎

They got rid of 50% military discount. :(
Absolutely killed bulking season.
