Very dirty. Not sure I should be eating here of the lobby is this dirty. Employees were on there phones didn't wash hands or change gloves. Garbages are full

Thank you Chipotle for the buy one get one free special on Veterans Day I ordered a couple of burritos, portions are awesome!.Enjoyed!

I asked for a burrito twice, and they ignored me and grabbed a bowl, started filling it. Tried correcting them but they bum rushed me down the line cutting me off. It seemed like the staff was mad I was in there, and wanted to rush me out. Really irritated with my experience.

On 11/12/25 at 0530 they little old Hispanic lady with grey hair on the front line is very rude. She slaps the food onto the customers plates and yells at them because they can’t hear / understand her. If she didn’t like her job she should have chose a better life at such a BIG AGE she is ! She even made customers so mad they left out because she putting little amounts on plates out of anger. She needs anger management

Placed an online order for two to pick up at 6pm and it was spot on!

Portion size was good and food was fresh! Food was ready by 6pm and easy to identify my orders. Bowls were clearly labeled. Plenty of napkins and utensils in the bag.

I’ve avoided this location since my experiences weren’t great in the past but this location is the closest. I’ll be coming back to this location.

I’m not one to leave a review but this was not a good experience. The place was dirty. All the tables and I mean all were dirty. There was on older lady working and she was nothing but rude. Highly do not recommend this Chipotle to anyone!

VERY DIRTY!! All tables were dirty. No staff personnel to CLEAN any tables. I had to wipe down a table before use. Absolutely disgusting.

There’s people sitting on buckets next to the soda machine hustling patrons to buy candy bars from them. Very authentic experience feels like I’m in Cancun. Employees clearly seeing this happen and don’t seem to care. Chaotic, dirty, out of some items. Didn’t pack the order correctly. Pic of my ‘large guac’ half filled.

Floors sopping wet, no fresh food, all dried up, no rice, sloppy work environment, customer service repulsive. Been here before never seen it this way. Disappointing almost walked about, really not even looking forward to eating this.

Ordered through DoorDash and my wife’s bowl was missing items and my burrito had the wrong protein as well as items I did not want. Apparently we have to only order in person from here. Now to go find something else to eat for dinner

Placed online order. There was barely any meat in both bowls and in tacos. I know they’ve skimped on meat on all online orders for some time now, which I get to a degree, but this was pretty blatant! Do better!

Horrible service. There are 5 people waiting in line and it is 11 am and the door says they open at 10:45. We’ve knocked on the window and they ignore us it is 11:09 and the order is still not Vv prepared and I had a 10:50 am pickup! Never, ever again will I order anything from here!

Find another chipotle nearby. This place has been dirty everytime we have went. One of our on-line orders was missing salsa and the other had absolutely no carnitas. It was pathetic! Only rice, a few beans and a sprinkle of cheese. Don't waste your money.
