Me and my cousin got 2 bowls from here yesterday and we were disappointed. He got a steak bowl with lettuce as one of the toppings and there was a bug in the lettuce. I also got a steak bowl and noticed a black strand of hair in the bowl and neither of our hair is anywhere close to black. When he brought his bowl to their attention they had a attitude so i didnt even bother to bring mine to their attention. Extremely extremely disappointed. Do not recommend.

Like typical Chipotle, mess up your order and do nothing to resolve the issue. I’ll just put a claim on my credit card since support is worthless. I have not seen chipotle get an order right in years.

Chicken fajitas and Carnitas are not the same thing! Stop making online orders and in store orders at the same time if you can't do so properly. Handling multiple orders at once is not a good food safety practice as it is, and in my case I got some else's nasty food and now get to sit at work hungry til 11 pm when nothing worthwhile will be open. Such a huge disappointment!

Wow. I stopped by this Chipotle hoping that the experience would be better than what the reviewers shared and it was a complete disappointment. The customer service is very poor and non-existent. Reyna, where do I begin. Your energy was off from hello and worsened from taking the order to paying. On a dead evening, you complained about online orders coming in and acted like you did not want to help my family (who happened to be the only patrons in the restaurant). Your lack of decency and tact really turned us off of this location. The food was mid but Reyna's energy and inability to interact with customers in a positive manner was more sour than the cream on our burritos.

Stopped at this chipotle at 8:50pm, and all blinds were drawn and all the tables had high chairs laid across them, in other words dinning in is closed for the night?? So odd because they don’t close until 10pm, at least that’s what the hours on the door say, but clearly the manager on duty wanted to shut down an hour early. They had no chips- said they were out of those for the night, had very little white rice, and when I asked If they weren’t allowing anymore eating inside for the night all the staff just looked to one guy (assuming the manager) in which he said “we stop letting people eat in at 9:30pm we just had a lot of kids that made a lot of messes earlier 🤔”
I get wanting to get out of there at close, but shutting the place down an hour early is a little ridiculous. I felt bad for the guy eating at the high top when we walked in just trying to enjoy his meal surrounded by high chairs laid out on every table and staff sweeping around him. We decided to move a high chair off the table and eat in, its chipotle you’re in and out in 15-20 min. We had a staff member sweeping around us as we were eating. Just bad customer service, no greeting when we walked in, or even when we went up to order, waited awhile before anyone even acknowledged us, def just gave the vibe like we were coming in after close when really they didn’t even close for another hour. Won’t be going back.

I always come to eat here, and my kids love it. Today I had a very bad experience with the food. While i was ordering (a bowl with brown rice) I told the server that rice looks bad and burnt hard, he didn't agree and still made me the bowl with beans and sofrita with sour cream and cheese.
When I started eating, i was right, rice were like plastic and I couldn't chew on. I went to the server and showed him the hard burnt rice. He offered me just the bowl of rice .... I was like what am I going to do with it since I can't eat these burnt rice and I can't separate beans sofirtas from rice what am I suppose to do with these new fresh rice.
He was adamant that since rice were bad so we can offer new rice but not anything else.
I got frustrated and ended up throwing that bowl and got back in line since it was dinner time and bizi and ordered a new same kind of bowl with fresh rice.
Not sure why they even serve the end of the pan rice when they get burnt and get hard to even chew on.

I don’t understand why it still says that the restaurant is open until 10 o’clock at night if employees start to clean up at 8:50. I’ve been working late nights and I don’t have a chance to get here much earlier unfortunately. I feel like such a jerk coming in when employees have already stacked chairs and started wiping down counters and are no longer making food to replace which ran out for the day. Though I really don’t understand why this is happening when they still have more than an hour left before they close.
This time was extra insulting because tonight they ran out of white rice in the regular line then said that they still had white rice for only the online orders. I mean, c’mon!

I've now ordered from here three times, each time the order is wrong and instead of refunding me or offer to re deliver it the chat bot does nothing to help and gives me a free drink, no I do not want a free drink I want the correct order or to be refunded

Portions are terrible, my daughter got a burrito and it was by far the smallest chipotle burrito I’ve EVER seen. The few times I have been in the store it’s been dirty. This location needs help.

Honey Chipotle Chicken was delish. A bit salty in bites, but overall, loved it. Pretty quick service, though, could be a tad bit friendlier or excited to see me. I really appreciated not being prompted for a tip at checkout. Not that I don't tip good service, I just don't like being asked to especially before the service is complete.

I was SO disappointed.. We LOVE chipotle and typically go inside to order but the other we were tired after a long day and ordered to go through the chipotle app at this location. My daughter’s bowl had truly 5 pieces of chicken, and the amount of food in our bowls were truly unacceptable. I truly feel that they don’t care about their to go costumers.. I am writing a review now because I tried to call the store with no luck, and then tried to get help through the app while also having no luck. I know I will not be giving this location any more of my families business. You can see my food next to my husband’s who got double steak, his was just fine. The complaint is mine and my daughters. This is unacceptable.
Lakeville is super rude after 3 pm. Food is not good anymore, this was my go to spot.
