Stopped at this location this morning to get a last minute catering order for 15 people. The staff were extremely helpful, even with my last minute request which could have been denied. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to help me out.

Only receiving two stars because customer service fixed the situation (can’t reach store by phone if you try).
Looking at all the reviews i guess I shouldn’t be surprised. They used to be great when first opened - but now like other patrons say.. when you order and get home it is surprise and undelight. The smallest portions! Two burritos were smaller than the size of my hand. Needless to say my mini teen boys were not pleased lol.

Pure laziness here! Tables and counters NOT wiped down, overflowing ice at pop machine, shortages on necessary supplies! A customer should not see the temperature log in plain sight! Too much standing around by employees even during peak times.

Wow, quick service here! What a staff, seriously. Restaurant was pretty clean, all the workers were in a good mood and exhibited good teamwork. My husband and I were very happy with today's visit. Will most likely be coming to this location more often versus the one we live closer to in south Eagan.

Food was good and service was great as well. There are places where workers do not seem enthused but I appreciate the friendly atmosphere of this place. The food portion was good as well.
My first time there and will most likely be back in the future.

Always been a fan of chipotle but I am done at this store. For the second time in a year after eating from this restaurant I contracted some form of stomach flu, was violently sick, and had to miss work because of bad food service practices.
