I placed a Doordash order a good hour and a half before the store closing time. After the store changed my order to "being prepared" the dasher messaged me to tell me the blast freeze option was out of stock. After I explained that was a service, not a product, he said that the staff asked him to tell me to cancel the order. They then changed the story to "they don't have any ice cream left" and again insisted that I cancel the order. If I cancel the order after it is "being prepared" I don't get a full refund and the store gets to keep some of my money. Do not fall prey to this absolute scam. Always make the store cancel the order. Beware of this stores greedy business practices.

Ordered a Carmel malt. Asked for extra malt powder. They gave me a sundae and it was so gross. Explained I asked for a malt and they said they already charged it and could not remake it. 3 Indian women and there seemed to be a language barrier issue's.
If you work at a ice cream store I assume when I asked… I see you have shakes .. can you make Malta. And you say yes .. you know what a malt is. Also they charge me extra twice

Idk if they changed owners BUT ever since that family or whatever started running this place it’s gotten downhill!!!
They are so gross ?
Employees wearing sandals to work?
They are rude and only worry about talking to each other when they are supposed to be paying attention to the customer

I’ve never ordered a bday ice cream cake from cold stone before. Wow! Was I pleasantly surprised!!! It looked phenomenal! It tasted amazing! And it was a decent price!! My daughter LOVED it!! Cold Stone for the win ?

Vegetarian options: No meat in the ice cream!?

Parking: There aren’t a ton of spaces out front, and they’re shared with other businesses.

Terrible customer service. Refused to give bogo creation deal on birthday. The whole place was dirty. Workers lack of sanitation standards.

The store was almost closed, I requested the helper. The manager lady said I can get you vanilla cone since I had no option I had to say yes. When they came back she charged double the price.
Handing an ice cream not of choice and charging double for it...she was definitely a rude lady as I could see the way she was being mean to the helper.
Not at all a good experience.

The ice cream was good for about the first 2 minutes... after that it became a melted mess, even though the temperature outside was only 75. It's quite clear the coolers are not being kept at a cold enough temperature.
The store also seemed a little run down in areas.
