Our server was on his phone speaking a different language and not paying attention to us. He got my aunties order wrong and never asked if she wanted any toppings. He talked on his phone the whole time he was serving us. He was very rude.

Had a great experience here tonight. My order was perfect and ready to go when I walked in.

Health and safety seems to be an afterthought here. Some employees bother to wear gloves and some don't. Hopefully their dirty hands don't rub all over the ice cream.

Walking in to the store it was disgusting and dirty it then told 4 minutes of waiting before we put our order. when we did they were barely any toppings. the employee went in the back several times and returned with nothing they were rude the entire interaction and left our ice-cream out to melt while they went back. Unfortunately im not even able to say it tasted good the cones were stale and made both of us sick.

Ice cream tasted very old and not fresh.

The shake I paid 8.49 for was like drinking strawberry milk, it was so thin.

Hi guys.. just visited here about 20 mins ago and i’m disappointed. I hate I have to write a negative review because I love Coldstone, however at this location I purchased a small Pineapple Mango smoothie. I was drinking and I felt like a stabbing and sharp pain. I felt on my tongue a small piece of metal. I’m not sure what it is but it looks like a bent up staple or something, so I’m not sure what it is but I’m not saying don’t come here but please be mindful there may be small metal pieces when you’re drinking your smoothie or eating your ice cream.

Update: the small piece of metal actually cut the roof of my mouth. Some minor bleeding so please be careful.

Order delivery last night. Signature creation with a plain waffle bowl. Printed on receipt clearly yet received order with no waffle bowl. I guess when the customer is not standing in front of them to remind them of the order, accuracy goes out the window.

I placed a Doordash order a good hour and a half before the store closing time. After the store changed my order to "being prepared" the dasher messaged me to tell me the blast freeze option was out of stock. After I explained that was a service, not a product, he said that the staff asked him to tell me to cancel the order. They then changed the story to "they don't have any ice cream left" and again insisted that I cancel the order. If I cancel the order after it is "being prepared" I don't get a full refund and the store gets to keep some of my money. Do not fall prey to this absolute scam. Always make the store cancel the order. Beware of this stores greedy business practices.

Ordered a Carmel malt. Asked for extra malt powder. They gave me a sundae and it was so gross. Explained I asked for a malt and they said they already charged it and could not remake it. 3 Indian women and there seemed to be a language barrier issue's.
If you work at a ice cream store I assume when I asked… I see you have shakes .. can you make Malta. And you say yes .. you know what a malt is. Also they charge me extra twice

Idk if they changed owners BUT ever since that family or whatever started running this place it’s gotten downhill!!!

They are rude and only worry about talking to each other when they are supposed to be paying attention to the customer

I’ve never ordered a bday ice cream cake from cold stone before. Wow! Was I pleasantly surprised!!! It looked phenomenal! It tasted amazing! And it was a decent price!! My daughter LOVED it!! Cold Stone for the win ?

Vegetarian options: No meat in the ice cream!?

Parking: There aren’t a ton of spaces out front, and they’re shared with other businesses.

Terrible customer service. Refused to give bogo creation deal on birthday. The whole place was dirty. Workers lack of sanitation standards.
