I would love to rate this higher. I’m a regular here. The best happy hour ever! The servers are so kind and amazing.
The issue is the absolutely DISGUSTING bathrooms. None of the paper towel dispensers work, there is puke all over the toilet in the back. The sink faucet has been broken for months. Heck they don’t even have a garbage can so there are paper towels all over the floor.
Bathrooms are a direct representation of the senior management at a restaurant and this Management has failed in my book.

First time here. Food beat the prior reviews I read. Service was great and love a place that has a massive menu for happy hour and you can walk away full for less out of pocket.
Will be back.

On Monday's they have the Sloppy Jack for $3. With fries, it is $6. Cheap lunch and really good.

Server walked through where we were sitting in the couch/lounge area, and didn't even look at us.
She walked through several times and refused to acknowledge us. We had to go to the bar ourselves for any service.

For a bar and restaurant the atmosphere is solid. Happy hour is 3-6 everyday, so that's a win. Service was slow, but warm and friendly. The food however was below average. They would do much better shortening the menu options and concentrating on making things taste well.

Our Server, Elise J, was excellent! Food was fantastic! Drinks were good! Only thing that didn't make it 5*, dried up puke in the restroom.

Aside from the country music, everything is perfect. It is "Cowboy Jack's" though... so It's bound to have country music.

Wheelchair accessibility: A little tight on main floor. Lots of high tops and fewer standard tables. Steps up to booths/spots

I don't particularly enjoy this place. Sure, it's a gentrified bar that tries to be a happening place. I can't find the appeal of it though. There is an intentional disconnect created when you have one hundred televisions plastered across the establishment. This reduces the chance to interact with others organically.
I would suggest having more bartenders and service staff, as it can take quite some time to be served and/or to pay and leave. Furthermore, reducing the distractions of random televised programming to a designated area for sports or whatever people fancy, and have less gouging prices for food and beverages across the board.
There is nothing particularly bad about this place. It's just not somewhere I would consider going if I want to be social or meet others.
