Very frustrated with this business. They double charged me for my order - which was an understandable error. I called and was told a manager would call me back which never happened. Then a week later I went into the store and was told the same thing which never happened. Then a week later I called again and still no call back. Will not be doing business here anymore and will likely be escalating this

Ashley is amazing outstanding customer service. What I don’t like about this place is they don’t accept cash which is very frustrating. The door handle was broken dangerous and tacky. I always wait so long to get helped.

I love the salads but there is a serious lack of consistency. I order the same thing every time and some how the prices are never the same I’ve paid anywhere from $11-$13.. it makes no sense. Today I got home to a ‘salad’ 70% made up of rice and very little lettuce, mind you I only get lettuce, rice & cheese.. I don’t know if I’ll visit this location in the future.

I've been going to this location for over a year nearly every week day and I am always greeted when I walk in. The staff is always friendly here even when they are busy. I love the freshness of my salads from this location. The only thing I don't like is they changed their rewards program to a point system instead of visits. It takes much longer to get a free salad.

Noticed dressing was missing so went back to store to get dressing. Then noticed was missing the brussel sprouts from the Wild Child bowl but I wasn't going back a second time. Disappointed! Need to slow down and make sure orders are accurate.

Walked in the door and there was one young man working the floor while 4 ladies stood at the back wall just chatting. No one greeted us and when one of the ladies finally broke away from the group to help, she was checking her phone while taking our order and checking us out. Really unprofessional and rude. Makes me not want to give this business my money anymore. Smoothies were not good today, very chunky. Overall I will not be back to this location. There needs to be a floor manager for all these young kids.

I truly do not understand what is the disconnect. I ordered through the app only to get a call from the door dash driver saying that my order wasn't there only to find out that Crisp and Green in Apple Valley canceled my order. I called and they blamed door dash…. No we ordered through YOUR APP and paid through YOUR APP. We asked for a refund and the girl on the phone took down our information and said that the manager will be in touch with us tomorrow. Which I do not understand why they can’t pay to have a manager on duty during business hours like a normal business. I decided to go there myself and show the girl at the counter and she said that she can’t do anything without a manager. Even though I had proof of purchase. I don’t feel good about yelling at high school girls over a salad so I just bought a new one and left. Finally got in touch with the manager about a refund or a comp meal. Now you would expect more professionalism from a manager… NOPE! Couldn’t help me out whatsoever so I got the number to corporate and they are going to “investigate it.” What is this?!?!? If you can’t issue a simple refund for one salad or train your staff to? Or even apologize for the trouble. It’s called customer service!

Either fix your systems, your processes, or maybe the manager needs to find a new career all together because this experience was absolutely atrocious and I don’t understand why simple business practices and customer service just don’t exist here.
