Really slow wait and extremely rude staff. The manager was awful to work with.

I have always had great service and have been greeted by happy employees until tonight. The staff appeared like they didn’t want to be there and were not very friendly. Young guy named Sam was giving attitude to the females working and was moving slow/moping around while making my smoothie, like it was such an inconvenience to him. It was uncomfortable being there and I felt like a burden as a customer.

My child and I came in on 01/23/25 around 6:05 pm. I was tired from working and a meeting. The young man working was the only person who delivered good customer service. He was the only one who acted normal like we were human beings. I don’t know why the other female was acting so funny. Not sure if it was because we are pretty or ethnic. I tried to pay with cash and they wouldn’t let me and there was a very small sign I noticed on the register once I was told that. I remember I used cash the last time I was there because I don’t like to use my card for take out due to a security issue in the past. This was maybe our second time there. The so called manager wasn’t very nice either implying I should know stating it was November when the change happened when the other worker had said it was recently and there should be a big sign on the door so people can see. It’s unusual to not take cash as I know pretty much every other business does. She made us feel so uncomfortable. As I was leaving to go somewhere else, there was a kind gentleman in line behind me who was an angel to us. He offered to pay so we wouldn’t have to go elsewhere. Thank you again!! What a blessing on a day I was exhausted. There should be a sign in an obvious place for newer customers and also Thank you to the young man who treated us well and the food is good.

I came trying to order something that I saw on the screen and the person that was making the salad answering me in very rude way that she can’t see the screen. I wasn’t asking her to look at the screen I was just trying to figure out the order. If they don’t want to work that’s okay but why they have to be rude and just leave a bad experience? Super disappointed and dissatisfied with the service!

Salads were good and very fresh. Generous portions. Like so many places, the help is less than enthusiastic

MY GOODNESS! What an amazing experience I had at Crisp and Green. Just got my #SquashGoals and let me tell you…. it was #incredible! The store was so clean, the employees are so friendly, and everyone seems to really like each other! So much so, we got dinner AND a show, thanks to Kaylee (orange hair) and Hayley (brown hair)! They were dancing for me! Definitely coming back here again.

The food is spectacular! My husband and I shared the fiesta bowl and the no prob Cobb and my daughter had the kids chef salad. We each had a smoothie too. Everything was SO fresh and delicious. Even my picky daughter loved her food. Loved eating healthy while actually enjoying the meal. Will definitely be coming back!

Food at this location is excellent. The staff is hit or miss for sure. Usually its a bunch of very unmotivated high school girls who clearly don't want to be there. During lunch rush they'll have like 2 of them on the line and you're not gumma get out of there for at least 15mins. Go at off hours for the best experience.

Our visit seemed like a major inconvenience for the staff who had no interest in working. Instead, 3 girls stood around a cup of sauce and ate their chips. When I asked to add beverages to our order, the girl gave a big sigh and blurted out a new total, then walked back to her chips.
The “recommended amount” of dressing had one of our meals absolutely drowning in dressing.

Almost laughable! I keep wanting to go back to this location (close to home) thinking the staff was just not great the first couple of times. I don’t know if it’s a training problem, quality control or on purpose anymore. Without fail, missing main ingredients every single time. One time it was missing 3!!! Ingredients. One time chicken ceaser salad - NO chicken. This time - NO DRESSING!!
Always check your order - esp if ordering online. Will not be back to this location - I’ve been to many others that are great! Also, the Salads at this location are not representative AT ALL of the picture.

I’ve been to quite a few Crisp & Greens in the Twin Cities and this location was by far the filthiest I’ve been to. The tables were all dirty, the floors needed to be swept and mopped badly. The bathroom needed to be deep cleaned. It makes one wonder if the food itself is filthy too, which is not a comforting thought for an expectant mother. The young ladies working this location did not have so much business that they couldn’t come on the floor and at least wipe the tables down. I will not be returning to this location again. If the restaurant floor isn’t at all clean, I would certainly hate to see how clean the back of the house is.
