my order was messed up. I ordered four cookies and my cookies came well, but I got a bonus cookie which they didn’t make or I guess forgot about. the cookies were good. I understand that it was busy so I will be giving them some grace. but can definitely improve.
These cookies are amazing and always fresh! Great for a treat or to get/give as a gift. Staff at the AV location are super friendly and service is always great. Definitely worth a try!
The music was too loud for the staff to hear my question about their cookies. They weren’t offering my two fave flavors today because they “just have these seasonal cookies today”. Cookies were over $4/each. When I left I had frosting on my clothes because it was on the outside of the box. Not a good day for me at Crumbl.
