I experienced the worst customer service I have EVER experienced at a restaurant. Tyler the manager at Apple Valley is VERY unprofessional. He is supposed to be setting a good example to his employees. He absolutely should not be working in customer service!

If I could do it for a big fat ZERO I would!!! All young kids no customer service skills. I had to ask after card payment if we're all good to go she stood there and said NOTHING!!! Food came out and the fries were double fried in the deep fryer along with dirty oil in fryer and that also ruined the fish.. yuck!!! And the dinner rolls were dry and hard as hockey pucks... yuck yuck 🤮 no customers and trash all over thee floors

As someone who had never been to a Culver’s before I had high hopes for this considering it is in the Midwest. I wouldn’t say it lives up to the outrageous hype I hear everyone talking about but the food was fresh and the prices are fair. The lucky charms mixer and it was by far the highlight of the meal.

As always, this place is very nice. Quick flight friendly with great food.
There were 12 young employees standing around laughing, whipping their hair around above and around the food, no gloves as they would touch everything including their face then touch shake lids on people's drinks. The drive thru line was backed up around the building, inside was not too bad but more workers standing around talking and giggling than getting drinks or orders. We waited for 1 drink a very long time.

I hate leaving bad reviews but they deserve it. I've had these problems more than once so it's time yo complain. For starters I ordered two shakes with my food and wasn't given any straws to drink them. On the order if double mushrooms Swiss w/o a bun they sloppily through it together giving almost no mushrooms and cheese on only half of my burger. On the plain double burger w/only raw onion they did it w/out a bun and forgot the onion. Thats three mistakes on one order; not acceptable. They had one employee walking out with a clipboard escorting they kid bringing food out to cars when what they needed was someone watching the cooks. I thought Culvers employees were supposed to take pride in the food they made, I guess not.
